Did anyone have Morgan State as the No. 1 team in HBCU Football during their preseason predictions?? No! But that doesn’t matter now because what the Bears have done on the field has been worthy of the top spot.

Morgan State has beaten Villanova and Robert Morris in consecutive down to the wire finishes! What a season so far for Baltimore’s HBCU 🔥

Alabama A&M is 4-2 this season, but has led in the fourth quarter of every game 🤔 @stanbecton thinks the Bulldog football team is right on the edge of success, but it has to close out games. Do you agree?

Imagine getting blown out on homecoming?😬 That’s exactly what happened to the Southern Jaguars on October 3 when Arkansas-Pine Bluff came to town. UAPB went into Baton Rouge and left with almost 300 rushing yards and a 41-10 win. The Golden Lions spoiled former NFL star turned head coach Marshall Faulk’s first homecoming.

Does a loss like that put a first year coach on the hot seat? Will it set up UAPB for a run in the SWAC this year? Leave a comment below

UC Davis got EMBARRASSED in a top-10 matchup. @stanbecton dropped the Aggies out of his rankings entirely after the loss. Is that too far? 🤔
