When @westerngovernorsu asked him to share his story with @power_106 he absolutely jumped at the opportunity! Linzie Starr III (He/Him) — Award-winning strategist, leadership advisor, and speaker — created Novo Point Strategic Partners to challenge the way leadership and organizational culture have been approached for far too long.

After nearly two decades driving enterprise strategy and transformation across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Linzie saw a recurring truth: misaligned teams, unclear vision, and outdated leadership models hold organizations back. Novo Point was born to change that.

Mr. Starr holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology Management, a Master of Science in Management & Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He is also one of sixteen 2024 Distinguished Graduate Honorees from his Alma Mater @westerngovernorsu.

Our vision is bold — to bring clarity, alignment, and cultural intelligence to the forefront of strategy. We’re not here to fit in. We’re here to disrupt the norms, elevate leadership, and build workplaces where clarity inspires confidence, leadership drives purpose, and transformation actually sticks.
