🎙️ THE N’SIDER 🎙️OUR MISSION + OUR VISION
The N’sider was created with a simple purpose: to give college students a platform to be seen, heard, celebrated, and informed.

Our mission is to spotlight the people, talent, ideas, organizations, experiences, and conversations that make college life what it is. We want to create a space for real conversations, meaningful stories, student achievements, creativity, culture, and the things happening both on and off campus.

Our vision is to grow The N’sider into a student-centered media platform that connects students, amplifies their voices, and gives people a chance to share their stories from their own perspective.

Let’s make one thing clear:

The N’sider is NOT a gossip page.
We’re not here to spread rumors, start drama, or put people on blast just for entertainment.

The N’sider is NOT a negativity platform.
We’re not interested in tearing people down for clicks or creating unnecessary controversy.

We’re here for the stories, the conversations, the culture, the creativity, and the people behind it all.
Because being “in the know” isn’t about knowing everybody’s business. It’s about knowing what’s happening, who’s making it happen, and why it matters. 🎙️

Welcome to THE N’SIDER.
Your campus. Your culture. Your conversation. by @thensiderwithnaava

🎙️ IT’S OFFICIAL 🎙️ WELCOME TO THE N’SIDER.

College is more than classes, exams, and making it to graduation. It’s the people you meet, the stories you create, the conversations happening on campus, and the experiences that shape who you become.

**The N’sider** is a student-centered platform created to put college students in the spotlight and give a voice to the people, ideas, talent, and conversations happening within our generation. From campus culture and student life to fashion, music, entertainment, organizations, creatives, entrepreneurs, and the people making an impact on and off campus. We’re bringing you the stories from the inside.

Expect interviews, campus conversations, student spotlights, fun moments, real opinions, and conversations you’ll actually want to be a part of.

Whether you’re a freshman finding your way, a senior making your final mark, a student building something of your own, or just someone who loves knowing what’s happening around campus — **The N’sider is for you.**

So pull up, tune in, and get ready to see college life from a different perspective.

This is **THE N’SIDER.** 🎙️

🎙️ MEET THE HOST 🎙️: NAAVA {Nah•Vuh}

Hey y’all, I’m Naava, the face and voice behind **The N’sider**! 💗

As a college student myself, I know firsthand that there’s so much happening around us that deserves to be talked about, celebrated, and sometimes just understood from a student’s perspective. That’s what inspired me to create The N’sider.

I’ve always loved conversations, storytelling, media, and finding the person behind the name or the story behind the moment. With The N’sider, I get to bring all of that together while creating a space where college students can be seen, heard, and represented.

From sitting down with students doing amazing things to talking about campus life, culture, trends, creativity, and everything in between, I’m here to ask the questions, have the conversations, and most importantly… keep y’all in the know.

So whether you’re watching for the interviews, the laughs, the conversations, the campus culture, or just to see what we’re getting into next I’m glad you’re here.

Welcome to my side of the story.

I’m Naava, and this is THE N’SIDER. 💋🎙️ by @thensiderwithnaava

Voting is more than just casting a ballot! 🗳️

The N’sider got a chance to attend a political candidate forum with SSU’s Honors Program to learn more about voter education and why staying informed matters!

Stay informed, stay involved, and stay in the know! 🎤✨

Oh to be a CMAC scholar!

I got the chance to spend the night with the College of Media, Arts, and Communications at A Night with CMAC!

As a Mass Communications major, it was so fun getting to experience everything from a different POV and see a little more of what CMAC has to offer.

This time I put the mic up and just enjoyed the night as a student 🧡💙

POV: It’s 2016 again

The Alphas took SSU back a decade, so of course The N’sider had to capture the night the right way, through the lens of an iPhone 6. 📸

Swipe through for a look at the night like it really came straight a 2016 camera roll.
