BHS was also ranked in the Top 20 for the first time ever amongst public and private companies. BHS was published to have an a 19% increase in sales volume business which outpaced the industry 5% improvement. Congratulations to all BHS Agents and Executives for closing at the highest sales prices in the industry and cracking the Top 20 firms in the country despite only 2500 agents. Other brokerages ahead of us averaged 5x the number of agents as our brokerage.
