🎀 BREAST CANCER AWARENESS: KNOW YOUR BREASTS, KNOW THE SIGNS 🎀

Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting women worldwide. But early detection can make a significant difference. 💗

Knowing what is normal for your breasts helps you recognize changes that may need medical attention.

🔎 Look out for:
• A new lump or swelling in the breast or armpit
• Changes in breast size or shape
• Skin changes such as dimpling, redness, or thickening
• A nipple that becomes inverted or changes in appearance
• Unusual nipple discharge, especially blood-stained discharge
• Persistent pain or any change that is new or unusual for you

🎀 Remember: Not every breast lump is cancer, and breast pain does not automatically mean cancer. However, any new or persistent breast change should be assessed by a healthcare professional.

💗 Early detection saves lives. Don’t wait until you have symptoms to care about your breast health. Know your breasts, attend recommended screening, and encourage the women you love to do the same.
