POSTS STORIES REELS

I’ll be real for a second, I read every single one of these grinning ear to ear. I am forever so appreciative for every single member of my team.

I am very glad to be able to do what I do and with the team growing this month more than it ever has, I am exited to be able to share even more of my work with these excellent individuals.

If you read any of these and they resonated with you, or you would be interested in a person-centred, holistic approach to coaching. A system centred around elevating your physique and wellbeing around your life.

DMs ARE ALWAYS OPEN FOR ENQUIRIES, I want to help you reach your goals the same way I’m helping my current clients reach theirs🫵

Make em count 2/14

Weight gain probably purely fuelled from all the untracked persimmons I’ve been eating this week (for those who hadn’t seen my story, I got gifted a few boxes by a client, they are unreal)

Other than that training been slightly more difficult this week @cultis.club just due to us moving machines around, sending pads to be reupholstered so certain machines being temporarily out of use, and although it’s in now we were waiting on the final delivery so still had to get creative with some exercises. (they sent us some wrong stuff and sent it in an 18 wheeler with no tailift, we had to get all the kit off by hand. Don’t do business with a certain kit distribution company from Northern Ireland).

Other than that just trying to find the groove again with so much other stuff going on. Not long until Cultis opens and I’ll have a much more consistent routine and can really eke out the most out of the rest of this push.

No changes once again this week.

12 weeks till prep 2027, Make em count…..

All my homies love DB front raises

First ever run out on my very own gymleco hack @cultis.club

As usual execution matters here, fighting the weight as you sink into the hole, taking away momentum and driving through the whole foot. Minimal time spent at the top to really make these hurt.

What a machine, smooth resistance, kind on the joints and very stable despite its small footprint.

And obviously the pump was stupid after this.

We’ll be open soon and members will have access to gaining tree trunk quads.

Asking more questions = Knowing my clients better.

Knowing my clients better = Making smoother more efficient plans.

No plan is perfect and at time speed bumps are unavoidable. However we want the created plan to get you to where you want to be as smoothly as possible and communication needs to be 2 way to make that happen.

Sometimes a client needs to be prompted for communication and asking the right questions is the best way to do exactly that.

If this peaked your interest, just shoot me a DM and we can have a chat about how I might be the right fit as a coach for you🤘

Second session @cultis.club boxed off

How fucking sick are these cutoff tees, obviously they will be available to purchase at the gym.

Incredible pump, still feels surreal can’t wait for the feeling when we open. Chipping away each day.

That’s it completed.

My very first session at @cultis.club

Never did I think at 23 I would be this close to opening my own gym and a chance meeting during prep last year with @isaac_fendley_fitness that led to bonding over warhammer, bodybuilding and sandwiches, has allowed that to happen. Massive thank you to him and everyone else that has helped so far.

In the last week we have suffered a couple setbacks but they are only slowing us down slightly not stopping the train. It would be stupid to think the process would go smoothly (someone decided it would be mint to crash into our roller shutter).

The session itself was obviously surreal but things are still dotted around and need to be cleaned up somewhat and placed exactly where we want them.

It will be super interesting to almost trial training in the gym over the next week to get a feel of what makes sense the most where.

Had to attempt to press the heaviest DBs we have at the moment despite not flat DB pressing in years I’d say the 65s could have moved worse. If I hit 15 reps super clean on them I’ll buy some 70s lol.
