This summer has been filled with opportunities to grow in faith, serve others, build relationships, celebrate life change, and worship our Savior together. From ministries across our church to moments of encouragement and discipleship, God has been at work in so many ways.

As we look ahead to the rest of the summer, we’d love for you to be a part of it. Whether you’ve been here for years or are looking for a church home, there’s a place for you at The Oaks.

“Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together… but encourage one another.” — Hebrews 10:24–25

Come join us as we continue to grow, serve, and worship together. taken in The Oaks Baptist Church by @theoaksgp

Grateful for all God did during The Awakening Weekend! So many came together to pray, invite, serve, and believe for God to move, and He did in a powerful way. Lives were changed, hearts were stirred, and many responded at the altar throughout the weekend.

Over 50 men attended the “Men Who Win” Conference with Dr. Steve Hale, and across two services, 46 people made the decision to trust Christ as their Lord and Savior. In the Contemporary Service on 5/3, there were 24 salvations, followed by another 22 salvations during the C-YA & Youth Night on 5/6. What an incredible testimony of God’s grace and Spirit moving among His people.

A special thank you to Dr. Steve Hale for pouring into our church family and faithfully sharing God’s Word. Thank you as well to everyone who gave, served, prayed, invited others, and supported the weekend in every way.

Please continue praying for these 46 new believers as they begin their walk with Christ. The Awakening was more than an event, it was a reminder that God is still changing lives. #TheAwakening #Revival #LivesChanged #GodIsMoving taken in The Oaks Baptist Church by @theoaksgp

Today was powerful.

We took a moment to lay it all down - every burden, every hidden struggle, every sin - and we nailed our confessions to the cross. Not to carry them anymore, but to leave them where they belong… surrendered to Jesus.

There’s something freeing about physically letting go and remembering that grace isn’t just a concept. It’s real, it’s present, and it’s for us.

This moment is just the beginning.

As we step into Awakening Weekend, our hearts are open, expectant, and ready for what God is going to do. Freedom has started, and we believe revival is coming.

Come ready. Come hungry. Come expectant.

Dr. Hale will be with us for The Awakening Weekend
(May 1–3)
Men’s Conference: “Men Who Win”
Friday evening, May 1 (includes a great dinner)
Saturday morning, May 2

Sunday, May 3
Steve Hale will be preaching in the morning and evening services

Wednesday, May 6
Steve Hale will speak at a joint College & Youth Outreach service taken in The Oaks Baptist Church by @theoaksgp

Join us for our Hosanna Celebration at The Oaks on Sunday, March 29!

We’ll gather for one combined service at 10:30 AM as we celebrate Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem and prepare our hearts for Easter.

After service, stick around for a church-wide potluck (bring a dish!) and a fun afternoon with an egg hunt and games for the whole family on the lawn.

“Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!” – Mark 11:9

It’s going to be a joyful, family-filled day - you won’t want to miss it! taken in The Oaks Baptist Church by @theoaksgp
