A fight for justice like no other.
Follow the landmark case as Filipino survivors sue Shell in the UK courts over Super Typhoon Odette’s devastation.

LOOK: During Shell’s AGM, an activist confronted the board over Shell's role in worsening climate disasters in the Philippines, including Typhoon Odette.

As he raised questions on Shell’s impacts, company representatives attempted to cut him off. But no amount of interruption, greenwashing, or carefully-worded “commitments” can silence the growing global concern over the fossil fuel industry’s impacts.

Communities in the Philippines are already living through the consequences: stronger storms, rising energy costs, damaged livelihoods, and repeated rebuilding after disasters.

Shell’s Chairman says that it is “not legally or scientifically credible” to link one company’s actions to a specific climate-fuelled event. But it’s not his job to decide.

103 people in the Philippines are suing Shell in the UK courts to hold them accountable for the damage they endured from a fossil-fuel-driven super typhoon.

It’s been over a year since the protests exploded in the Philippines around ghost projects and climate corruption! We have to keep fighting back! Lahat ng sangkot, dapat managot!

Including the companies that are at the roots of the worsening crises! CHR says we can hold them legally liable and honestly, Shell is looking pretty suspicious 👀

YESTERDAY Shell announced profits of £8.1BN 🤯 in just the last 3 months - that's their second highest earnings ever.

And while storms and floods are being unleashed across the world, due in part to them, they continue to drill as if their product isn't one of the causes of this mess.

Way back in the 1960s Shell's own scientists told them that their product could cause devastating climate breakdown.

But they decided to continue on as they had been drilling for more oil & gas and making insane profits, all while hiding the science from us.

BUT a new website has just been launched by @theodettecase that documents just how much Shell knew about climate breakdown and when.

Head to www.ExposeShell.com to read the Shell Files and discover for yourself just how much they knew.

60 years ago, Shell made a choice. Confidential documents show Shell’s own scientists warned the company about the risks of climate change. But Shell chose profits over a liveable future, and now we’re all paying the price.

Enough. It’s time to expose Shell for what they truly are – find out at link in bio

Shell made billions in profits this summer, as the UK and Europe sweltered through deadly fossil-fuelled heatwaves.

EXPOSED: Oil giant Shell has known the climate risks of burning fossil fuels since the 1960s, according to uncovered confidential reports. But they buried the science and spread misinformation so they could keep selling oil, while we pay the price.

Shell thought they could get away with choosing profits over people, but the people are fighting back. 103 people in the Philippines are suing Shell in the UK courts to hold them accountable for the damage they endured from a fossil-fuel-driven super typhoon.

TODAY Shell announced profits of £8.1BN 🤯 in just the last 3 months - that's their second highest ever earnings.

Even while climate breakdown causes storms, wildfires, floods and typhoons, they keep drilling and choosing to pursue their own profits over everything else.

AND they've been doing this since at least the 1960s, when their own scientists told them that their product could cause devastating climate breakdown.

Knowledge is power.

And what did Shell chose to do with that power?

Bury the science and continue with their dirty business model.

🔥 AND NOW as the world faces the consequences of their actions, with unnatural disasters being unleashed across the globe, it's time we expose them on their profits day for their decades of DECEPTION.

Head to www.ExposeShell.com to read all the Shell Files and discover for yourself just how much they knew.

NEWS JUST IN: Shell announces insane profits of £8.1BN in just the last three months.

Shell’s dirty pollution is linked to nearly a quarter of the world’s heat waves 🤯

AND, this summer, an estimated 2,700 people in the UK died from extreme heat.

Yet SHELL KNEW this could happen way back in the 1960s, but kept it a secret 🤫

60 years of cover ups 🔥 60 years of profit.

They kept pursuing their deadly business model and putting THEIR profits over people.

That's why we brought a restaging of their 1960s offices right outside Shell's global HQ.

It’s time we #ExposeShell for their decades of coverups.

AND TODAY a new website has been launched by @theodettecase which documents all the evidence of exactly what Shell knew and when.
