Got these shots of my 14-year-old, Ryland, wearing one of my @rolex while we were on vacation. We were about to head out, and he caught me putting on the Datejust. “What watch you wearing?” he asked. I told him, “The Datejust.” He was like, “Nice!” So, I said, “You wanna wear this other one?” His eyes lit up—“Really?!” Damn right. I put it on him, and the kid just started glowing. The way he carried himself at dinner? Confidence through the roof. Not cocky, just walking with a whole new energy.

And that’s the thing about confidence. It’s not about having a fancy watch to flex on anyone. It’s a reminder to yourself—keep grinding, keep pushing, you earned this. It’s about the hard work that got you here. Yeah, some people are gonna hate and say, “It’s just a waste of money” or “You shouldn’t care what people think.” Fuck that. Everyone, at some point, needs that confirmation, that reminder that they’re on the right path.

For me, it’s the gym too. I’m not trying to be a fitness model, but you can tell I show up regularly. And when people notice? It fuels me to keep going. Confidence gives you an edge, and whatever gets you there—whether it’s the gym, grinding at work, or something you’ve earned—lean into it. Do more of what makes you feel like a badass every single day.

At the end of the night, I asked Ryland how it felt wearing the watch. He said, “Good, but it’s different for you, Dad. You worked for this, it’s yours.” Man, that hit me. He gets it. I told him, “Exactly. Now, put it away before you scratch the hell out of it!” 😂💪

Confidence is an edge. Build yours, every damn day. And don’t give a fuck what anyone else thinks. Your life will change when you do.

Our CEO is 41 this year…so naturally, we had to see what golf carts looked like when he was born. 😂

Let’s just say a LOT has changed since 1985.

What started as a simple way to get around the golf course has evolved into something entirely different. More technology, more comfort, more capability, and a whole lot more ways to use them.

Last weekend, I had the chance to play @victoria_national with Chris & Brandon and the No. 1-ranked course in Indiana definitely lived up to the reputation…👀🏌️

The property was incredible, the company was even better, and the course made sure I stayed humble. I stopped counting how many golf balls I lost somewhere on the back nine. 😂

Days like this are always time well spent. Golf gives you a few hours to step away from the usual pace, enjoy good conversation, and strengthen relationships without sitting across from each other in a meeting room.

The scorecard may not have been worth saving, but the experience absolutely was.

One of the biggest mistakes people make with AI? They expect great answers from bad prompts.

AI is a lot like hiring a new employee. If you walk up and say, “Go do something productive,” you’re probably not getting the result you want. But if you provide context, goals, examples, constraints, and a clear outcome, the quality of the response changes dramatically.

The reality is that learning AI isn’t about memorizing every new platform that launches. It’s about learning how to communicate.

The better your prompt, the better your output. And here’s the part most people don’t realize...

You can even ask AI to help you build better prompts. If you’re not sure how to structure a request, simply ask: “Help me create the best prompt possible for this task.” Then give it your objective.

The tools are getting smarter every day, but the people who learn how to ask better questions will always have the advantage.

The future isn’t about knowing all the answers. It’s about knowing how to get them.

I hear a lot of people talking about AI replacing jobs.

I think a better conversation is how AI is changing the way we work.

The people who learn how to use these tools effectively are going to operate faster, communicate better, and solve problems more efficiently.

That’s not a threat. That’s an opportunity.

The goal shouldn’t be to compete with AI.

The goal should be to learn how to work alongside it.

Technology has always rewarded people who adapt.
