Beast mode activated😤 . Recently I had the opportunity to finally learn how to photograph and film outdoor on a mountain/crag. Studenten 2026☀️ . Del 3 - Studentmottagning . Studentmottagningen var en riktig highlight av dagen. När jag stod på flaket tänkte jag ”bättre än så här blir det inte”, o sååå fel hade jag. Mottagningen var en stund att få träffa alla som betyder så mycket för mig, personer som har följt med mig från dagis, till nu. Personer jag har både tävlat med men också tränare. Men såklart också mi familj, alla möjliga människor dök upp och jag är evigt tacksam för det. Tack alla som bidrog till att göra denna dagen bättre än bäst🥹🫶 . Och extra stort tack till @annawallman för att du fixade ihop det här och gjorde min student helt magisk❤️ . Ps, tusen tack @hannesburlin för alla fantastiska bilder. Studenten 2026☀️ . Del 1 . För exakt en månad sen tog jag studenten, den 9e Juni 2026. Och den dagen kvarstår som den bästa dagen i mitt liv. Känns helt sjukt att jag aldrig kommer återvända som elev till YBC, och att SAM23 nu bara är ett minne. Just denna dagen, och denna perioden håller så många minnen och stunder nära, det är både lite sorgligt att det är över men samtidigt spännande för vad som kommer hända i framtiden. . Så tack till alla som har gjort alla dessa tre år så fantastiska och tack till alla som gjorde min student den bästa dagen av mitt liv🫶🙏 . ℹ️: Check part one and two for previous information… . Part three: As @wilmer_dorsander flew by perfectly through the frame I saw him miss his turn. It turns out his brakes wasn’t good enough for him to slow down enough to make the turn. So he just flew forward. However, missing the turn and continuing forward ment a cliff waiting for him. I see him miss is turn disappearing. Shortly after I hear branches brake and a mild scream. I rush over to Wilmer, whilst being afraid that something terrible had happened. When I arrive I see him laying om the floor after the cliff, he had landed on rocks and branches from trees, he had no protective equipment on him, nothing to protect his back or body, which is usual when doing mountain biking or downhill, to avoid server damage. But luckily, he was fine. Nothing more than some bruises. But from this point ot, the project never took off, and the title of the documentary ”the hidden treasure” remains a untouched folder in my harddrive… . . . . #mountainbike #crash #downhill #sweden #injury taken in Stockholm, Sweden by @theodoresw

ℹ️: Check part one for previous information… . Part two: Our very first day of documenting @wilmer_dorsander work on the trail something happened… Firstly, it’s important to note that this day our main goal was for Wilmer to try out the trail while mapping it’s path. After he’d tried some of the main route I return to him, he’d previously worn a GoPro, so I changed the battery and made sure it was one. He showed me some of the route, and then he pointed to this big jump. I got in place, brought out my camera and set the shutter speed to the highest possible. But than something happend, as he flew by, and I got some really nice photos, I saw him miss the turn he was supposed to take. And then I se him fall… . This surely brings a lot of memories back, right @wilmer_dorsander . Part one - the aftermatch: Roughly two years ago me and @wilmer_dorsander set out on a mission. Close to where I lived we found this crazy mountain bike / downhill trail. Our mission was to document it, and how Wilmer slowly learned the route and did something insane. This whole documentary that was in process was planed to be named ”the hidden treasure” after how such an incredible trail had been so close to use, yet we’d miss it. These photos were in the beginning ment for documenting the damage of his bike, because the during one of our days something unexpected happened… .
