In the most anticipated Round 2 matchup, the Dallas Flying Squirrels took down the Avoca Airmen in a back-and-forth series! Let’s look into it a little deeper!🐿️

In Game 1, ABL Hall of Famer Jack O’Donnell led the way for Dallas with 24 points and 12 rebounds with other ABL Hall of Famer Sean Dolan sealing the deal with his Hero Shot!🐿️

However, in a battle amongst some of the ABL’s all-time greatest players, all-time leading scorer Matt Egidio wasn’t going down without a fight! His 19 points and and 17 rebounds was able to lift Avoca to new heights with the Airmen soaring to a Game 2 victory!✈️

In the win-or-go-home Game 3, it would be the 5th seeded Flying Squirrels knocking off the #1 seeded Airmen behind Cameron Faux’s 20 point double-double! Sean Dolan, once again, put the nail in the coffin with the series-clinching Hero Shot!🐿️

The Squirrels will move onto the Western Conference Finals where they will face the Burndale Ballers for the 3rd straight year!🐿️🔵

For our second Round 2 matchup, we had the #3 Burndale Ballers take on the #7 seeded Lehman Triad! Let’s take a look at how the matchup turned out!🔵🟢

In Game 1, it was all Sedrick Beasley Jr. & the Burndale Baller squad! The Ballers took a huge lead and never looked back after that! Sedrick lead his team to a 1-0 lead & put up 21 points, 12 rebounds, and 6 assists! 🔵🔵

But in Game 2, Matt Dessoye had different plans. Matt lit it up from deep hammering 10 threes made for the team to lead them to a 19 point victory over the Ballers to force a Game 3! Matt led the way with 24 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists to make the series 1-1!🟢🟢

Despite Matt’s efforts in Game 2, the Ballers came out in Game 3 and knew what was at stake. Sedrick lit it up again to take the Ballers to their THIRD Western Conference Finals appearance in a row! Sedrick had 19 points, 13 rebounds, and 6 assists to help bring the Ballers to a 2-1 series win over the Lehman Triad! 🔵🔵

Congratulations to the Burndale Ballers for moving on & making another appearance in the Conference Finals!🔵🔵

Round 2 is officially wrapped up! Let’s catch everyone up on what has been going on throughout the league!⚡️🤠

We had a matchup between the #1 Shickshinny Stampede took on the #4 Larksville Lightning to see who would be moving onto the Eastern Conference Finals! Game 1 was all tied up until Saquan Portee hit the game winning shot to give the Lightning a 1-0 series lead! Jagar MacDonald wanted to prove to everyone his case for MIP and led the way with 25 pts, 12 reb, and 6 asts!⚡️⚡️

The Stampede didn’t count themselves out yet though, MVP finalist, Walker Yaple went NUCLEAR and had himself a 29 point game to lead the Stampede to a 50-46 win to force a GAME 3!! Walker also was able to hit the hero shot to secure the win for the Stampede!🤠🤠

It all came down to Game 3, and the Lightning finally tired out the Shickshinny squad. Saquan Portee and the Larksville Lightning were able to finish off the series with a win over the #1 seed and sent themselves into the Eastern Conference Finals!! Saquan hit the game winning shot and accumulated 19 pts, 6 rebounds, and 8 assists to give the Lightning their second ECF appearance!⚡️⚡️

The #1 Avoca Airmen and the #8 Forty Fort Thunderbirds faced off in their Round 1 matchup the other night, so let’s break it down for you all!✈️🕊️

In Game 1, in an outstanding team effort, the Avoca Airmen were able to take down the Forty Fort Thunderbirds 50-45! Kendall Brewster led the way for the Airmen with 16 points, 12 rebounds, and 9 assists! Matt Egidio also was able to bunch 15 points in for himself being second in scoring for the team!✈️✈️

Game 2 was an all or nothing BATTLE. The Forty Fort Thunderbirds knew what was at stake and tried to hunker down and squeeze out a win to force a Game 3. Unfortunately, they came up just short with an OUTSTANDING effort from Kendall Brewster. Kendall put up 32 points, 14 rebounds, with 8 total threes made! The Avoca Airmen win the series 2-0!✈️
