Do Parkour That’s About It

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I wanted to post this so it was permanent, and I think it’s an important matter that needs to be addressed immediately, to anyone who follows me and doesn’t have access to the rest of the parkour community, and also to anyone who is part of the community as well.

To anyone who has found my Instagram page through going to school with me, or you know me through family, or you’re a student I coach, or a parent of a student I coach, or if you were just scrolling and stumbled on a video, however you know me, if you ever need any of this help because you are in a situation like this one, please, please, please do not hesitate to ask or find help there is always someone out there to talk and speak to about it. There is no shame in asking for help, I promise.

And if you know someone who you think needs the help, please give them the numbers on this post. And if you ever suspect someone of doing something like this, please report it immediately as this sort of behaviour is unacceptable under any circumstance.

And as I stated, if you are having these thoughts, please also seek professional help immediately. Do not let it get to this degree and end up like this.

Anyway, if you know me, I hate being serious, but this is a matter that needs immediate attention. by @theojfuller
