The menu begins with what’s around us.

The Renatured Feast is a three-course seasonal menu created by Archie Clark, shaped by produce from the estate and ingredients available at their best.

Our first gathering included smoked muntjac from the estate and local partridge canapés; food with a close connection to Braxted’s landscape that our guests had just explored.

Archie’s approach brings that connection to the table, through open-fire cooking, thoughtful preparation and dishes made for sharing.

As the seasons change, so does the feast.
