Body progress dumpy // Sept 2026 - and I’m weighing in at 157lbs. This month alone, I gained 5 lbs ✔️

Believe it or not I used to be hard stuck at 140 (swipe to the end to see) I thought it was going to be impossible to gain weight. What started out as purely aesthetic actually became a way to decompress.

Although I would go to the gym on and off, strength training has became an important, if not, the MOST important way to regulate stress. The brain fog 😶‍🌫️ + anxiety I feel when I don’t go to gym is what makes me not wanna stop. Plus like all of my joints will ache if I slack off, esp now that I’m getting older. I’m not where I want to be YET (180lbs) but I’m proud of how far I’ve come since I started

My lil cutie pie Milo he’s my biggest fan 🥰

Told you it was a dumpy it’s big huh 😏 nawwwww but chill out you staring too much 😥

Fun fact about me: I love a nice glass of wine. A perfect Saturday to me is sitting in my living room, watering my plants, turning on my humidifier, skincare, while I watch Netflix / YouTube ❤️ I swear im not old I’m just a very chill guy that likes to cuddle w my doggy and stay out the way

My car being who she is for her pride 🌈 plus this rainbow was so pretty how could I not 🤩

My body in 2024 at like 148lbs. why it’s taken me two years to gain like 10lbs well my stomach can’t handle much. It’s hard out here for skinny kings plus I’m lactose intolerant 💀 peep my signed kehlani album ugh love her. Okay this next pic is from 2019 i was super skinny yall…

2019/140lbs - NOT TOO MUCH I was definitely SMALL... a twink I fear. But Now I’m Dadaman don’t get beat up!! Right, right, oh ok 💋
