From the classroom to the clinic… my favourite kind of full-circle moment ☺️
So special to cross paths with former dental hygiene students and see them thriving in the careers they worked so hard for. Feeling grateful, humbled, and incredibly proud to have been a small part of their journey

After years of advocacy, dedication, and persistence from so many leaders before us, we are beyond thrilled to see this next phase of scope expansion becoming a reality for Ontario’s Registered Dental Hygienists.

We feel incredibly fortunate that this milestone happened during our time on the Board, and even more grateful to have experienced it alongside such an amazing team. One of the best parts of this journey has been working with a group that genuinely supports one another, shares plenty of laughs along the way, and always keeps the profession’s future at heart.

We are proud of what we have accomplished together and excited for what this means for registered dental hygienists across Ontario. Here’s to teamwork, collaboration, and helping move our profession forward! 😁🍾🥂✨🦷💜

…In the ongoing saga of “How did your bracket break?” the plot twist is almost always food🍬🍭🥕🌽🍿
So let’s keep the storyline simple: soft foods play nice, sticky and crunchy ones… not so much. Slice anything that looks like it might fight back.

Fewer surprises, happier brackets…and a much happier ortho hygienist

Last night was a perfect reminder of what makes our dental community so strong. It was a chance for hygienists, denturists, technologists, dentists, and industry leaders from across Ontario to step away from the everyday pace and simply enjoy being together. Seeing everyone connect, unwind, and swap stories made the night something special.

Each of us plays a different part in oral health, but we’re all working toward the same goal: helping people feel healthier, happier, and confident in their smiles. When every corner of our profession syncs up, the level of care we deliver becomes something our patients can truly feel.

Always such a fun time with Heather and Renata! They did an amazing job moderating Spectrum again this year.

Too funny… we dressed alike last year and again this year. Totally unplanned!

Can’t help but wonder what theme the three of us will accidentally coordinate next year! 💛🐆🌿
