Think about the best sex you’ve ever had.

Now notice which part you remember.

It almost never is the climax.
It’s a whole bunch of other stuff.

What we’re there for is connection.
Pleasure, with ourselves and with another person.
That oneness moment where time stops.

That’s it.

From my conversation with Michael Chernow on Kreatures of Habit.

So, what exactly is Paramount Love? ❤️

Founded by Kelsey Kitsch, Paramount Love was created as a space for women, and those who love them, to explore love, desire, intimacy, connection, and what it means to feel fully alive in your relationships.

Kelsey brings together her work as a somatic sex coach, Kinsey Institute Intensive graduate, global speaker, entrepreneur, and mother of three to create conversations and experiences that are honest, grounded, and deeply human.

From The Oneness Experience to our weekly newsletter and The Coherence Map, everything we create is designed to help you see yourself, your relationships, and your desires a little more clearly.

Swipe to meet Kelsey, get to know Paramount Love, and discover the different ways you can work with us. 🔑

Think about the best sex you’ve ever had.
The part you remember almost never is the orgasm.

It’s the two of you.
Time stopping.
Being fully met by the person you chose.

That’s what Oneness is built around.
One night for couples.
Two private intakes, one custom itinerary, and a knock on your door all night long.

Not starting over.
Finding each other again.

When they got married, Ellie and Sid gave themselves a gift.
A sex therapist.

It was not just about sex.
It was about language.

One exercise.
_”What are you fearful of right now?”_

Sid’s answer stopped her.
If he died, would she be okay?
Where would she live?
Who would she lean on?

_”Shit, you’re right.”_

It was not a criticism.
It was a fear, said out loud, by someone who loves her.

So she started building something that was hers.

_”My fire has been lit in a very different way in the past year and a half.”_

From my conversation with Ellie (@arkayasound) and Sid (@sidsawantartist).

Where does your love story start?

Most love stories disappear with the people who lived them. Modern love lives on a phone, and when we go, the messages that held the whole story go with it.

So we’re planting 1,667 peonies at the Kitsch Estate in Kelowna, and beneath each one, a love story. Yours can be anonymous. Peonies can live for more than 100 years, and you’ll be able to come visit yours.

Any love story counts. The one that started on a dating app last year. The one that lasted decades. The friendship that carried you through.

The full story is in this week’s newsletter. Link in bio.

The more we embrace all parts of ourselves, the more space we create to love others fully. 🤍

Justin is honest about it.
He was not a good partner in his first marriage.

No self-work.
It wasn’t important to him.
Ego ran the show, and ego always thinks it’s right.

For years he pointed outward.
Then he learned to point inward.

That changed a lot about the relationship he has now.

If you’re dating again, this is worth knowing.
Look for the man who has done his inward work.

Every week I write about the parts of desire nobody told us. Liberation Letters → link in bio.

”You could be having sex and be completely not intimate.”

Ellie’s definition of intimacy has two parts.
Presence and pleasure.

Which means it can happen a long way from the bedroom.
Cooking a meal together.
Walking into a vintage shop together.

You can shop separately.
Or you can hold something up and say, ”I want to see that on you.”

And when they try it on…

”Hot damn.”

Same shop. Same afternoon.
A completely different kind of closeness.

Sex and intimacy overlap.
They do not define each other.

Your gut is your guardian angel.
Except when it’s a 9-year-old.

Justin used to let jealousy spin him.
Detective work online.
Getting angry.
Feeling sick.

Now he pauses.
“Why am I feeling this?”
Before he runs with it.

He trusts his partner.
He loves her very much.
That is the guiding star now.
Not the spin.

From my conversation with Jaime (@thejaimemorgan) and Justin (@dailystendhal).

Intensity that feels like intimacy. Ambiguity that feels like mystery. A man coming back, and it feeling like proof.

Most of us know exactly what we want. Intention isn't the problem. Patterning is: the pull toward what feels familiar, even when it walks you straight past what you said you wanted. And it's strongest when you're sure you've outgrown it.

Once you can see the pull, you date differently. You look in different places, you give second dates to different men, and you ask the real questions before you're invested, not after.

I write about this every week on my Substack. Link in bio.

Send this to the friend who keeps saying "but the chemistry was insane." by @theparamountlove

“Some of our friends kiss us, and that’s totally cool, because that’s where our line is.”

Sid would tell you he is not a jealous person.
Early on, he nearly became one.

”Holy shit, you’re about to become one.”

At one point they spent eight months apart, in different parts of the world.
They talked about opening the relationship.
They decided it was not for them.

Not because of a rule someone handed them.
Because they asked the question out loud and listened to the answer.

Every couple has a line.
Most never say where theirs is.

”I want to be yours. I would like you to be mine.”
