Still no official training exists for police related to a change of laws 7 years ago, regarding cannabis being legal (for medical use). The impact of this, is an uncalculatable amount of money, stress and suffering to patients. How long do we have to tolerate this inadequate situation before it is addressed? by @thepatientsstrain

First and foremost... I am not formally legally trained. I am very experienced in court cases around cannabis in Scotland by personal experience and assisting others with support.
Slide 1 is the section of the road traffic act 1988 that apllies to the defence of medical cannbis patients. Section 5A(3) of the road traffic act 1988.

Slide 2 is 3 bodily fluid samples taken by police in attempts to take my driving licence. 2 are blood samples and 1 is a urine sample.

Slide 3 is the letter stating that @policescotlandofficial reported me to DVLA in an act of disability discrimination that I am going to complain over.

Slide 4 is another part of that postal bundle i recieved stating i had to reply or lose my licence. All post recieved from DVLA is sent by Royal Mail second class post...

Slide 5 is another sheet included in the DVLA investigation bundle and some clarity for anyone in any doubt that the DVLA knows i am prescribed medical cannabis.

Slide 6 as stated above the DVLA only uses second class post and I didnt recieve their invitation it mentions, to make a Dr appointment. Which meant my licence was revoked as part of their procedure. I appealed this and had it overturned see slide 7.

Slide 7 shows the written confirmation that my licence had been returned. After their process had revoked it (wrongly) and promptly reinstated it. See dates on paperwork shown on slides 6 and 7, 20 days total, part of that i had driven without a licence as i hadnt recieved notice from DVLA and also the written confirmation was an extra sent out on my own request to DVLA on the phone as i chased them multiple times on the phone and thats when i actually found out my licence was reinstated.

I have a medically recorded needle phobia and have also had a case over failing to provide a sample of blood. The court accepted medically recorded needle phobia as reasonable excuse for not having provided the sample and refused to offer a case against me. By dealing with the case that way a case law precedence isnt recorded. It is not needed related to needle phobia though as case law already exists to prove that defence is valid. The conclusion was that i keep my licence. Not guilty. by @thepatientsstrain
