Just - WOW 😭 I always wanted this company to be bigger than myself, to give others opportunities to learn + grow + live out their dreams in this industry. I know I’m the voice you’re reading right now, but this truly isn’t about me - this company is about the amazing humans that have made my dream their own, trusted me to lead them, and have dove head first into serving our couples and community. This team is filled with all kinds of kinds - we have teachers and hairstylists and college students and corporate managers and healthcare workers and moms and WORLD CHANGERS! If I didn’t have a character limit on this post, I’d tell you about them all! ✨as seen in vogue✨ it all started with a crazy good idea from @abbeyregnier.photography and a string of texts: “TOP SECRET” “Kauffman” “Two ballerinas” “it’s gonna be epic” and from there I was in. we had 10 business days to pull this off + a dream to keep us fueled. hundreds of text messages and emails sent over that 2 week period, frantically building the perfect team in the thick of busy season and reassuring them: “just trust us, it’s going to be epic” AND NOW A FEATURE IN VOGUE!!! absolutely craziness, I’ve been in disbelief all day & overwhelmed with pride for this team 👏🏼 man is it exhilarating as a planner to have someone trust you with their biggest dream and help it come to fruition 🥹 A massive thank you to Abbey for inviting me into this project and to the entire team for delivering way more than we could’ve ever asked for! This isn’t my typical format on the feed, but I think it needs to be said 👏🏼 Especially in busy season where all of us are working 16 hour days, exhausted, catching every random cold or virus that exists, completely non-existent for our families and friends — we need to be kind to each other. Being a good human and doing good work are not independent of each other, we must have both. It’s integral to the growth & success of this community that we have both. Today I challenge you to throw some kindness, positivity, and love to a fellow wedding vendor — shoot them a text telling them that you see all the hard work they’re doing right now, kindly forgive them for their delayed email, apologize that you had a short temper last weekend, recommend a vendor to your couples and tell them that they are not only incredible their job, but they’re an incredible human too. 💗 We only get better by doing better, and the Kansas City wedding community can do better 👏🏼 taken in Kansas City, Missouri by @theperfecttouchkc

Jenna & Max’s day felt like the most beautiful full-circle moment. 🤍 From an eighth-grade crush to high school sweethearts, from graduating college to standing at the beginning of forever, these two have grown up alongside each other and walked through so many of life’s seasons together. And somehow, this day felt like both the sweetest ending to one chapter and the most beautiful beginning of another. There’s something so special about getting to witness a love story that has grown through so many versions of life and still leads right back to each other.
