Perspective # 34

We often think regret is a feeling to avoid..

Negative emotions have a purpose.

Regret reminds you of the conversations you wish you had, the opportunities you didn’t take, the people you didn’t appreciate enough, and the moments you let pass.

It isn’t there to punish you.

It’s there to remind you what truly matters, so the next time life gives you the chance, you choose differently.

Learn the lesson.
Leave the suffering behind.

Perspective # 43

What you receive is shaped by someone else’s capacity to love.
What you give is a reflection of who you are ♥️

Never measure your value by what another person was able to give you.

Perspective # 44

“You can receive the life you keep seeing for yourself. You were shown it for a reason.

The dream and the doubt dont come from the same place.

The doubt comes from your old programming.
The vision comes from something higher.“

Perspective 69

When crows attack eagles, sometimes the eagle simply flies higher.

A reminder that not everything deserves your reaction, your energy, or your attention.

Sometimes, the answer is to rise above it. 🦅

Perspective 68

It’s deceptively simple, but there’s something powerful about it 🤍
Instead of constantly searching for your purpose, your next passion, or what you should be doing, pay more attention to what naturally fascinates you…

Perspective 67

“Open yourself up to all the ways love shows up in your life.

Maybe it’s your partner making you coffee in the morning. Or someone reminding you that you’ve forgotten your glasses.
Sometimes love doesn’t look the way we expect it to.”
