Q4 MARKET UPDATE: Slower Does NOT Mean Bad News Atlanta home sales slowed in September — but prices didn’t drop. The median price held steady at $399,900, there are 23,006 homes to choose from, and 4,072 homes still sold. That’s a stable market, and that’s good news heading into Q4: Buyers — more choices, more time, and less bidding-war pressure. Sellers — serious buyers are still buying, and homes priced right and presented well are the ones that win. You don’t need a perfect market, you need the right strategy for this one.
