💉 ON A GLP-1? LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS BEYOND THE SCALE. 👀

GLP-1 medications can help with weight management, but are you learning HOW to nourish your body while taking them — and how to maintain your results long-term?

Less hunger doesn’t automatically mean better nutrition. Your body still needs protein, fiber, essential nutrients, and balanced meals to support your muscles, blood sugar, and overall health. 💪🏽

And if you eventually transition off your medication with your healthcare provider, do you have a plan to help you maintain your progress?

✨ Introducing PHYT FOOD! ✨

A 4-week, intensive nutrition coaching program delivered via TEXT to help you:

🍽️ Learn how to build balanced, nutrient-dense meals.
📉 Understand strategies that support healthy blood sugar management.
💪🏽 Prioritize protein and protect your hard-earned muscle.
🥑 Develop sustainable eating habits that work beyond a quick fix.
🎯 Build a realistic plan to support weight maintenance through the holidays and beyond.

We’re not just chasing a smaller number on the scale. We’re building the knowledge and habits to support your health for the LONG GAME.

🎄 Let’s get started BEFORE the holidays kick in!

Ready to stop guessing and start building a nutrition strategy that works for YOU?

💜 WOMEN WHO LIFT TOGETHER, GROW TOGETHER! 💪🏾✨

Let’s get one thing straight… TRAINING WITH OTHER WOMEN IS NOT A COMPETITION. IT’S ENCOURAGEMENT! 👏🏾

At The PHYT Gym, we’re not here to compare bodies, compete over weights, or measure our progress against someone else’s. We’re here to CHEER EACH OTHER ON! 🔥

When one woman gets stronger, we celebrate her. When someone struggles, we encourage her. When someone reaches a goal, we remind her that SHE CAN DO IT TOO!

That’s the beauty of SMALL GROUP TRAINING at TPG. You get to work on YOUR goals while being surrounded by women who want to see you win. 💜

✨ Different journeys. Different starting points. ONE supportive community.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE!

🏋🏾‍♀️ Ready to experience the difference?

🌸✨ WHERE SHE BLOOMS 🌸 THE RECAP! ✨

LOOK AT ALL THOSE SMILES! 🥹💜🌺

This is what happens when women come together to pour into themselves, build connections, embrace new experiences, and simply ENJOY LIFE!

Where She Blooms was more than a retreat. It was a reminder that we deserve to take up space, prioritize ourselves, laugh a little louder, make new connections, and give ourselves permission to BLOOM. 🌷

From the movement and meaningful conversations to the food, the fun, the poolside vibes, and the unforgettable memories… these women showed up for THEMSELVES, and we loved every minute of it! 🥂☀️

The smiles say it all. 💕

And guess what? 👀 THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING!

🌸 Keep your eyes open for our NEXT WOMEN’S RETREAT! 🌸

Because every woman deserves a moment to pause, reconnect, and bloom into the woman she’s becoming.

✨ WHERE SHE BLOOMS… SHE THRIVES! ✨

💜 INDOOR-OUTDOOR GYM… WITH THE COMFORTS YOU NEED! 🚽✨

Ladies, let’s talk about something we don’t always think about when choosing a gym… THE RESTROOM! 😂🙌🏾

Yes, The PHYT Gym is an indoor-outdoor training space, BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN WE’RE SKIPPING THE ESSENTIALS! 💅🏾

At TPG, I want you to feel comfortable, prepared, and taken care of while you’re here working on YOU.

🧻 Toilet paper? ✅
🧴 Hand sanitizer? ✅
🧼 Cleaning wipes? ✅
🩷 Sanitary supplies? ✅
🦟 Bug spray? ✅
☀️ Sunscreen? ✅
🧴 Lotion? ✅

WE’VE GOT THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE! 💜

As a women’s gym, I understand that comfort matters. You should be able to focus on your workout without worrying about whether the basics are available. Whether you need to freshen up, protect your skin, or grab an essential, we want you to feel right at home.

WE’RE HERE TO BUILD STRONG WOMEN AND MAKE SURE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE WHILE DOING IT! 💪🏾✨

No need to "diet down" for summer. No need to panic-train for a vacation, reunion, or special event.

When you train year-round, you look good year-round. Period.

No crash diets. No starting over every January. Just consistent strength, moving your body because you love it, and taking time for YOU.

That's how my clients in their late 30s, 40s, 50s+ do it — strong, confident, and ready for anything, any time of year.

Train for life, not for an event. 💪
