In the third picture Shelby joins the mannequin on the floor as if the legs are coming out of her own skirt. Shelby wears thigh high neon pink boots, her short bright pink hair is curled and bouncy under a hat that appears to be half of a large pink chevron striped fabric egg shell, placed jauntily on her head. Around her neck is a large ruffle clown collar in the same pink chevron stripe with a wavey edge and large pink bow at the back. The hem of her pink chevron a-line dress is the shape of dripping goo and kisses the top of her thigh high boots in front but is long in the back for drama of course. She carries no purse because I dunno if you heard but this dress has pockets. It’s me! Every couple months I have to make something for myself or I turn into slide 4 😇

I can’t look down, I’ll lose my muffins!

Tried to plan a thorough timely Easter post…but I’d rather be sewing, so enjoy many small late ones instead!
Special thank you to @_sewciopath__ who shared their engineering GENIUS with me. Without you this table would’ve been a hammock!

On her shoulders is a large lay down collar matching her dress and holding her tit-tea pots. Her bonnet is a white wicker basket flowing over with colorful flowers, creatures, and mini muffins! Spring magic for two of my besties!

Their skin is glowing through the ribbon lacing and their red hair flows down their back. 4- V leans toward the viewer, eyes down to show off their bright blue eyeshadow and glowing with confidence. Their floral bodice adorned with a beaded dragonfly and bumblebees playing in and around flowers and ferns that spill over the edges of the garment as if they grew there naturally. 5-Angelina holds their pink frog purse facing the camera, their other hand gently stroking their precious angel cheek. We can see that the full outfit is wide leg pants with high slits up each leg and bodice laced up the sides with bright green ribbon. Beaded bugs play in sparkling flowers and a river of blue mesh flows from their right shoulder across their bust to the left hip and down their leg. 6- V stands facing away but looking back over their shoulder to show off their own river of blue mesh flowing from their shoulder across lace “algae” to their ankles. Their own purple frog purse held aloft and the curve of their great ass peaks out the other side. 7- V and Angelina stand together smiling and swerving fairy gorgeousness in a stunning forest. Their two blue mesh “rivers” become one flowing line. 8- The fabric lays flat with swirls of lace, sequined flowers, beaded bugs, and embroidered ferns to demonstrate the early appliqué idea. 9- Angelina poses in the base set at Shelby’s studio ahead of a long day of placing appliqué. 10- A close up of V’s left shoulder in a fitting showing off an arrangement of applique. 11/12- Front and back detail shots of V’s bodice once everything was pinned into place. 13-A cranky kitty takes a nap amongst the lace on the cut counter beneath a disco ball. #thepinkhairedlady by @thepinkhairedlady

Thought I’d keep everyone on their toes and try anew color, maybe make something so casual you could grocery shop in it. Think I nailed it!
