Intending to spend even more time in nature and looking after my health via sustainable, natural solutions in 2025.

I've taken a long break from my account after being 'distracted' by work and various things happening in my life. In recent weeks though, I have been feeling a nagging urge to get back to posting, as both a healing journey and my sustainable convictions seem to suddenly converge to the same direction. Doing research about health, inflammation but also new innovative sustainable solutions, I have indeed uncovered something quite fascinating and I am excited to share more about it soon, hoping it can be helpful to some of you!

Mia, Eliza and Briony, aka @the_green_guys_, Australia, are 3 secondary school students passionate about deforestation.
Planting more trees is one of the key solutions to climate change, so as part as a school project, they came up with the idea of an online tree tracker - a visual way of tracking the amount of trees we plant as well as cut down in your surrounding community to encourage more tree planting. Another of their ideas is the Seed drone, that would drop seeds in areas that are greatly affected by deforestation so that local population can plant them.
Some great ideas to fight for our planet!

Ridhima Pandey, 11 years old, India, became a renowned climate activist in 2017 after filing a lawsuit against Indian government over failure to take ambitious climate action.
"My government has failed to take steps to regulate and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, which are causing extreme climate conditions. This will impact both me and future generations." she said.

Some inspiring little soldiers from New York state, U.S., are switching their school to zero waste. Peachtown Elementary School, aka @zerowaste_school has implemented this incredible project for the kids to learn sustainable living. No vending machines with packaged food, no bottled water, lunch in reusable containers... All their food waste is composted for their garden and children take an active, aware part in all the repurposing and recycling.
Truly inspiring! Follow them @zerowaste_school
