Crying while I write this!!!!

On Thursday Rob, Christian and I got to celebrate the Bean in the best way!!! We were nominated by the community for Wake Weekly’s “Best of the Best 2026” and not only were we nominated we won 1st place in all three categories 😭😭

Are you KIDDING!!!

The Bean has only been open for 5 months and the moment we opened our doors I felt the love IMMEDIATELY from the community.

My goal for TPB is not to be “just a plant store” - I want it to be a place you can come in and yap, talk about plants, talk about LIFE, be your safe space, be a place you can decompress and so much more. Because here at the bean we are SO much more than a plant store. We are your second home 🤭

Thank you to everyone who nominated us, voted for us and have been cheering us on since day one. I am forever grateful of the support and I hope the Bean can be a pillar of the Wake Forest community for a long time. 🪴 I love our not so little town 🧡

As always, shop small, buy plants and be groovy! 🪴✨

Yesterday The Bean was featured on @wncntv @mycarolinacbs17 with @trentgtv and it was SO much fun!!!

I love yapping about plants and everyday I’m so thankful this is what I get to do for a living. A lot of love went into the Bean and I’m so grateful that the community has been so supportive.

I absolutely love being a part of @wfdowntown and I couldn’t ask for a better community to be in 🧡

The Bean is a space for everyone - even if you have no intentions of bringing home a new plant, and you just want to yap and take in all the good vibes, my door is always open! 🪩🪴🧡

And yes, Trent was dancing with the plants before we went on air 😂💃🏻🪩🕺🏻

If yall haven’t got to hangout with Sarah, at @theplantedbean , then you’re missing out! Not only does she sell a variety of plants but she’s also super cool to work with. She has a ton a fun things planned at the store this Halloween season. It is decked out! When she reached out to me last week for some window art, I ran at the opportunity to work with her. Like my business, her store also won an award for Wake Weekly’s Best of the Best 2026. It hasn’t even been opened for a year! 🤯 I spent all my money there and purchased at least 7 new plants while I working. 💁‍♀️ I just couldn’t resist! The Planted Bean is located downtown Wake Forest, NC. ⭐️ Lastly, you can always all me for any business design, window art, or mural ideas you might have. I’m here to serve! 😎👍984-269-9424 taken in Wake Forest, North Carolina by @theplantedbean

Halloween at the Bean 💀🧡

Thank you everyone who has come out to support the Bean over the last 7 months - I can’t believe we are heading into our first holiday season! I’m nervous and so excited at the same time 😆

Being a small business owner is such a privilege and having the support of our not so little anymore community is something I will always be grateful for! Ya’lls support keeps the Bean alive and I hope we are here for years to come! 🧡

Swing by the bean when you can to take a peak at all our halloBean goodies!!!

Don’t ever underestimate what a planty girl can hold in her hand!!!

Two plants? Easy.
Macrame? Done!
Pest prevention? You got it.

Thank you @cheesyplants for the idea 😉
