Plate 94: Chicken Parmigiana Caesar

Not entirely sure what to call this masterpiece, but homemade Chicken Parmigiana served over a crisp Caesar salad bed might just be new combination!

Butterflied chicken breasts tossed in flour, dredged through an egg wash packed with garlic, parmesan, paprika, and fresh parsley, then coated in crunchy breadcrumbs.

Pan-fried to perfection and finished in the oven under a rich tomato sauce and melted mozzarella. Topped with a final drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Plated up on a creamy caesar bed with @peppadewuk sweet peppers scattered around for a fresh, tangy pop in every single bite!

Plate 93: Loaded Hot Dogs

Who says hot dogs are just for summer?!

Took some serious inspiration from @kate_odriscoll_food_fire_life tonight with these dogs!

Went all-out with @mattessons_uk new chilli cheese dogs, laid over a bed of crispy, golden chips.

Loaded high with classic American mustard, fiery sriracha, a heap of chopped @peppadewuk jalapeños, sweet red piquanté peppers, and a generous sprinkle of crispy onions for that ultimate crunch.

Absolute top-tier scran—100% proof that when the craving hits, you just have to go for it!

Plate 92: Broccoli & Stilton Soup

Post #100 on the grid!

We’re adding another absolute classic to the soup series as those dark autumn nights start creeping in!

We started by sweating down onions, garlic, earthy broccoli stalks, and diced potatoes, then simmering them in rich vegetable stock until soft.

The secret to getting that vibrant, emerald green visual? Tossing in a giant handful of fresh spinach right before blitzing!

Melted tangy Stilton throughout and finished with extra crumbles on top for a velvety, indulgent finish

Plate 91: Pasta Bolognese

Comfort food done right with @northernpastaco Gigli—those ruffled edges are absolute perfection for clinging onto every bit of this rich, glossy beef ragù!

This one was built low and slow, starting with a flavorful base of sweet onions, carrots, peppers, and spinach, then deglazed with a splash of deep red wine and simmered down in rich beef stock and sweet tomatoes until intensely savory.

Thick, hearty, and full of depth, it’s the ultimate weekend skillet bake to warm up a chilly evening!

Out and About: @estabulorestaurants Bar & Grill, Wakefield

We were kindly invited by @lrpublicrelations_ to celebrate the grand reopening of Estabulo Wakefield following their slick new renovation!

The venue looks top-tier with stylish decor, a warm, energetic vibe, and a welcoming bar area as soon as you step inside.

The staff kept the glass full with welcome fizz before we hit the massive salad bar, loaded with fresh sides, cured meats, and cheeses.

The rodizio experience is as interactive as it gets: turn your card to green and it’s non-stop scran as skewers of juicy steak, tender chicken, rich lamb, grilled chorizo, and sweet caramelized pineapple are carved right at your table. Whenever you need a breather from the feast, just flip the card to red!

The party atmosphere was electric with vibrant samba dancers weaving through the restaurant alongside a live saxophone player.

We topped off an incredible night with freshly shaken cocktails.

If you love authentic Brazilian flavours and an epic dining experience, this spot is a absolute must-visit.

The ultimate upgrade to a classic British staple!

Huge shoutout to @big_fat_yum for the inspiration on this one—serving proper thick butchers sausages and buttery smooth mash inside a massive, golden giant Yorkshire pudding is elite-level comfort food.

Smothered in a rich, glossy onion gravy that fills every corner of the pudding bowl.

I built the flavour base by frying off onions, sweet baby peppers, and garlic, then rendering down spicy chorizo to let those rich oils coat the rice.

Huge shoutout to @hlg.eats for this absolute game-changer of an idea; layering the plate so you can dip the burger and crispy homemade wedges straight into the sauce as you eat is revolutionary.

The burger patties are smashed, layered with melted cheese and crispy bacon, then served alongside golden potato wedges seasoned with garlic, smoked paprika, and the ultimate secret ingredient: roast potato seasoning for that extra crunch and flavor.
