Sophisticated. Edgy. Completely unexpected!

Our very first commercial project for Kingswood Capital Management in Brentwood, CA challenges exactly what a private investment office is “supposed” to look like.

Instead of cold workspaces, we designed a highly functional environment layered with creative, high-design moments that draw you in. This unexpected, chic atmosphere feels less like a traditional office and more like an elevated, inspiring sanctuary.

The design ethos relies on a beautiful blend of contemporary modern furniture lines paired with rich, handmade textures. By mixing structural, streamlined seating with warm woods, earthen ceramics, and deeply saturated color zones, the office feels balanced, sharp, and entirely unique.

As we continue to warm up during the summer months, and we open our doors and windows to the coastal breeze, we are revisiting a favorite project on the westside of Los Angeles:

A thoughtful blend of Scandinavian farmhouse warmth and Venice-inspired modernism, this family-forward home was designed for a young family with two small boys — balancing refined design with comfort and everyday livability. Beautifully built and designed by RAS-A Studio, the home embraces clean architectural lines, natural textures, and an inviting sense of ease.

We collaborated with the clients during the finish and color selection process before layering in the final furnishings and styling throughout the home. Our goal was to create an interior that feels minimal yet inviting — curated and collected, while still refined and sophisticated. Every piece was selected with family life in mind, blending beauty with practicality to create a home that can truly be lived in and enjoyed for years to come.

We love bringing these spaces to life for the families who live within them, blending comfort and creativity for a home with stylish longevity.

Thanks to @jessicajalexander for photographing this project.

New work for talented designer @jordanbarouch
Staging by the one and only @theplatformexperiment by @theplatformexperiment

A coastal home in Manhattan Beach—elevated and sophisticated, yet easy, livable, and relaxed.

This project is especially close to my heart because I designed it for my sister and her family of six. We pushed each other out of our comfort zones throughout the process, and that creative tension led to something truly special.

The home is a thoughtful balance of light-filled ease and richly layered moments—family-forward, refined, and deeply personal. A space designed to be lived in, loved in, and to adapt beautifully over time.
