It was a true honour and privilege to welcome the exceptional Chef @anaros40 ⭐⭐⭐ at, @thepolobarrestaurant for two unforgettable evenings dedicated to the highest expression of gastronomy.

To have one of the world’s most distinguished culinary talents working alongside our own Michelin-starred Chef @pavlos_kiriakis ⭐ and the Alasia team was an experience of immense pride and inspiration.

Witnessing Chef @anaros40 at work was witnessing mastery in its purest form — creativity, precision and instinct, brought to life through her distinctive culinary philosophy and profound connection to nature and ingredients.

Together, Chef @anaros40 and Chef @pavlos_kiriakis created an exceptional four-hands dining experience, where two unique culinary identities met in perfect harmony. Each course unfolded as part of a beautifully composed journey — sophisticated, expressive and full of emotion.

Chef @anaros40 , thank you for bringing your vision, talent and culinary world to Alasia. It was a privilege to share these moments with you and an experience we will remember with great pride.
