Why ReoDrop®? We asked Blake from @mjpaving1. Dropface coping can bring its challenges on site, particularly when it comes to achieving the strength and support needed across different pool applications. That’s where ReoDrop® comes in. Our reinforced dropface system has been developed to give builders and installers greater confidence when creating the bold look of a true 100mm drop face — whether working with fibreglass or concrete pools. For Blake, it’s opened up an option he previously steered clear of on fibreglass. Now? He’d have no qualms laying it on any pool. See why more possibilities start with ReoDrop®. ReoDrop® is available across a selection of our batch-matched porcelain designs. Explore the range online. Some pools don't need bold colours to make an impact. Fully tiled in our Avoca 48mm ceramic mosaic - this project shows how a soft, natural palette can completely refresh a backyard. The gentle variation of the mosaic creates a bright, inviting water colour that sits beautifully alongside the established gardens and timeless architecture of the home. For Victorian backyards, it's a reminder that a new pool finish can transform the space while still feeling true to its surroundings. Here's something most people don't realise: pool tiling timelines can vary significantly from one project to another. Despite some bad weather delaying our start, once work began, everything moved quickly. And a big part of that came down to @laguna_pools managing the entire process behind the scenes. From preparation and trade coordination to overseeing the finer details, Laguna took care of it all. We organised our tiles from @thepooltilecompany, and the rest was sorted for us! The result? Our entire pool and spa were tiled in just three weeks! Of course, every pool is different. Size, tile selection, weather and design complexity all influence the timeline. So, what CAN you do to help avoid unnecessary delays? 👇 1️⃣ Finalise your tile type and size 🕒 Potential delay avoided: 1-3 days Confirm tile size, material, grout colour and layout well before installation. Last-minute changes can hold things up! 2️⃣ Make sure your tiles are ordered well in advance. 🕒 Potential delay avoided: Days to weeks Allow approximately 10–15% extra for cuts and wastage, depending on your design. Running short can mean lengthy delays, especially with imported tiles. 3️⃣ Check your tiles before installation begins. 🕒 Potential delay avoided: 1–3 days Check the colour, size, finish, batch consistency and any damage before tiling begins. Working with a reputable supplier like @thepooltilecompany helps minimise these issues! So what’s the secret to a smoother pool tiling process? 💙 It's not about rushing. It's about good planning, experienced trades and seamless coordination. For us, having Laguna manage everything meant we could simply enjoy watching our pool take shape, knowing it was all under control. Every pool is unique, and quality should never be compromised for speed. by @thepooltilecompany

Love the look of your pool surrounds? Why stop at the pool fence? 👀 GRIPPA® was developed to continue your chosen porcelain look into alfresco areas, patios and other outdoor living spaces outside the pool fence. Featuring a textured surface with a P2 slip rating when dry and P5 when wet, GRIPPA® provides enhanced slip resistance for these outdoor areas, while the corresponding 20 mm porcelain is used for pool surrounds within the pool fence. Same look, different finishes - helping you create a cohesive transition from the pool area to the spaces beyond. A closer look at Nimbus Granite 🫶 With its beautiful grey tones and natural variation, our Nimbus Granite brings plenty of character to this poolside setting. Used for both the coping and surrounds, the stone continues from the curved pool edge across the expansive outdoor entertaining area. The subtle movement and texture within the granite add interest across the larger paved surfaces, while the cool grey colouring pairs beautifully with the bright blue water. Our Origami Ice Blue 48mm waterline mosaics provide the finishing detail along the pool's curved edge.
