Highly recommend sound on for this retreat video recap.

PHEW @sewilensky, we did it. And it takes a village — shoutout @itsjackiecantwell and @carosantosneves for stepping up big time to nourish this crew and @michaelakotob for capturing the moments, big and small.

One of the most dynamic experiences with the most dynamic group. Falling asleep in yoga nidra one moment and twerking the next. Weeping together in cacao ceremony and then cracking inside jokes the next. A revolving door of laughter and tears, joy and meaning-making, listening and sharing, connection and hope.

Thank you to this group of humans for entrusting @sewilensky and me with 4 days of your precious lives, and for the bravery of saying yes.

Thank you to my teachers, to this land — the invisible web that held us for these days is vast and wide.

I’m astounded at how much of our true essence we remember when time slows down and our hearts take the lead. by @thepracticeof____

Rest is how we restore the world within us so we can show up differently in the world without us. REST IS LOVE. REST IS ACTIVISM. REST IS PEACE. REST IS PRESENCE. REST IS CREATIVE. REST IS RESISTANCE.

REST IS YOURS TO RECLAIM! Come practice it with me and @sewilensky in Woodstock, NY from Sept 20-24. One room left at sliding scale, slide into those DMs to claim 🛝

Imagine 30 (ish) days from now your only notifications are birdsong, fire crackling, and @sewilensky’s crystal bowls calling you out of (or into) a waking dream.

Payment plans are a thing. DM if your body is saying I really wannaaaaa 💃🏼 by @thepracticeof____

We contain so many multitudes.
Endless if you can believe it.
What I’ve found to be true for myself is that
I meet myself over and over again
by softening
and softening
and softening.

And that softening means so many different things,
but at its root it’s knowing when to stop the fight or knowing when the forcefulness of action and effort is more damaging or constricting than it’s helpful.

The second I taste the sweet relief of what’s beyond tension a new world arises. The longer I stay soft the longer it stays real.

I remember through repetition. Showing my body, my mind, my heart that this is available — again and again and as many times as it takes until the remembering renders itself true.

Who or what do I become beyond the tension? Who or what do any of us become beyond the tension?

@simply.somatics and I created the Rhythms of Rest retreat with this inquiry at heart. 5 days and 4 nights of gentle practice, play, and connection to find ourselves beyond ourselves. Phone free. Swaddled by nature. No expectations, just creating space for possibility.

Happening September 20-24th in Woodstock, NY.
We’ve got a few spaces left, with discounted rates running until August 1st.

Most sincerely, we’d love to have you. All of you if we could. You can check out our room guide to learn more + book your space at the link in my bio. My DMs are open for any questions 🫶

Practicing what I preach on a singular day in June where I wasn’t burning the candle from both ends — @sewilensky and I created Rhythms of Rest retreat for all of you who wanna suck the juice out of life but who end up getting the juice sucked out of you because … too many dreams! not enough time!

Who might you be if you were really, truly rested and resourced? A poet, genius, painter, pianist, writer, wizard???

You know in your heart you already are, you just don’t have the TIME or CAPACITY for true, authentic creation.

This retreat will change that. 5 days and 4 night in Woodstock, NY amongst the trees, bees, and fellow seekers.

EARLY BIRD EXTENDED TO JUNE 18TH!

This & never shrinking yourself again

from the Mallorca retreat archives with @thewellforyoursoul.

we just launched our upcoming retreat, rhythms of rest, in Woodstock NY this Sept 20-24. linky in b!oooo!

join us to answer the most beautiful question: who are you when you’re totally at rest?

yin x yoga nidra x sound ceremony x digital disconnection x nature immersion x sensory activation 🤍 by @thepracticeof____

For what’s available in the spaces we can’t reach when we’re rushed.

For self-realization.
For inspiration.
For clarity.
For ease.

For building a rhythm of rest you can continue to receive day in and day out.

Rhythms of Rest is a 5-day, 4-night retreat designed to help you return to the quiet center of yourself where the most sincere clarity can arise. Receiving and allowing as a whole entire art form. This is about making space for what genuinely matters.

The modern adult hasn’t really learned to rest. We all know there’s so, so much waiting just below the surface of our own distraction, but will we actually offer ourselves the opportunity to see what’s on the other side? This retreat is that chance.

@simply.somatics and I have been building this dream for over a year with the utmost care. The practices we’re offering have largely changed the arc of our own personal stories, and we’ve watched them offer the same to countless others.

We’re offering $500 off ALL sign-ups through June 1st.

Join us September 20-24, 2025 in Woodstock, NY.

a 5-day, 4-night retreat for what’s been waiting underneath the constant doing.

for the version of you who’s tired of feeling numb. tired of being plugged in but not tuned in. for the you that yearns for mornings with no notifications, afternoons in the woods, and nights spent remembering what it feels like to be here! and alive! in your glorious human body!

rhythms of rest is happening this september in woodstock, ny.
a space to slow down, to soften, to feel again
a space to ask —
⁣
who am I when I’m not performing? when I’m not refreshing the feed? when I’m truly at rest?

through yin yoga, yoga nidrā, sound meditation, time in nature, and creative exploration, we’ll unplug from the noise and reconnect to the body, breath, and moment. phones stay off, nervous systems exhale, and your real life starts to flicker back online.
⁣
this retreat is a lovechild of me + sam — two humans who care deeply about slowness, stillness, and living with ourselves instead of against ourselves. it’s for anyone who’s been spiraling in productivity culture and needs to remember how to just be again.
⁣
we’re not trying to add more to your plate. we’re creating a container to help you make space — for joy, for clarity, for whatever’s been buried under the doing.
⁣
Sept 20–24. Woodstock, NY. Applications open now and link’s in bio for room guide + to book.

come lie on the floor with us and feel something again 🐛 by @thepracticeof____

It’s really f*cking easy to lie to ourselves.

Rarely is it out of malice, usually just self-protection.

Because if we don’t tell ourselves the truth, we won’t be held accountable to change.

And that feels safer than admitting what our soul already knows:
…that this job isn’t meant for us
…that we’ve outgrown the relationship
…that we keep hiding instead of being seen

SOULSPEAK is a 90-minute journey that invites radical honesty, the kind that strips away your walls and lets you meet yourself—really meet yourself.

We move with power yoga, breathwork, and sweat to burn through illusions. We journal, we speak out loud, we drop into what’s true in the moment. Not the tape we’ve been playing on repeat but the body, the gut, the heart’s truth.

What I most desire is…
What I’m afraid of is…
What my heart wants me to know is…

I’ve taken this practice many times and it’s changed my life every time. I’ve taught this practice many times and have witnessed it change other people’s lives every time.

You deserve to tell yourself the truth. You are more than capable of living a life of self-alignment. And this practice is a one-way ticket to that place. Come take a ride with me 🎢

Philly loves, I’m home. And I’m so freaking stoked to bring these IRL offerings to this city I love so much. After time away in Bali, breathing in the ocean and remembering what it feels like to be fully alive in my body, I’m here.

Ready to root, ready to create, ready to share some magic with you IRL EEEEEEEKKKKK

No matter how much heaviness and fear festers in our world, one of the most powerful things we can do is ignite magic within ourselves — then let it ripple out to those around us. The revolution starts WITHIN.

〰️ On April 12, we gather. In ceremony with cacao, breath, and gentle somatic work — a space to soften, to listen, to meet yourself with love. Cacao is like a warm embrace for your heart, helping you open, unravel, and reconnect. Every time I sit in a circle like this, I remember: we heal together.

🧨 On May 4, we move. Soulspeak is a full-body, full-soul experience — part power yoga, part deep self-inquiry, part letting yourself be honest about what’s alive inside you. There’s flow, there’s journaling, there’s space to be exactly as you are. No forcing, no faking. Just 100% truth.

Come to one, come to both. Just come as you are.

🍒 Cacao Ceremony, Sat April 12 from 4:30-6:30 PM
🍒 Soulspeak, Sun May 4 from 12:30-2 PM

Both taking place at the stunning @inflowwstudio.

There’s a part of you — tender, wise, whole — that’s been waiting for you to come home.

Life takes a good, healthy chunk out of us all 🍫 whether through loss, heartbreak, or the weight of holding it all together (not to mention trying to look good while doing it.) It can feel easier to harden, to push things down, to keep moving. We tuck away the parts of ourselves that feel too painful to hold… but in doing so, we end up feeling disconnected, anxious, stuck.

This is why I’m GIDDY to be holding this cacao ceremony. A space to soften without fear (yes, it exists)! A space to meet yourself again. To remember that even the hardest parts of you aren’t flaws, they’re just waiting for love.

We’ll gather in circle, sip heart-opening ceremonial cacao infused with blue lotus and local honey, move through somatic practices to reconnect with the body, and explore an IFS-inspired meditation to tend to the parts of you that feel unseen.

This is about unburdening. About feeling what needs to be felt so you can walk lighter, freer, more yourself.

And we’ll do it together, because something happens in these spaces that words can’t quite capture: sisterhood, catharsis, celebration, a deep exhale.

It truthfully never ceases to amaze me how much exuberance comes through when we allow our discomfort to be present.

If this is calling to you, come. You’re meant to be here.

We’re gathering on Saturday Apr 12th from 4:30pm - 6:30pm at the immaculate @inflowwstudio.
