As a flight attendant, I’ve learned that some things aren’t expenses they’re investments. ✈️

The job is demanding, from long hours on your feet to constantly changing time zones and climates. That’s why I’d rather spend my money on things that protect my health, improve my quality of life, and make traveling easier.

A good sunscreen. A gym or Pilates membership. Regular massages. Healthy meals on layovers. A reliable travel adapter. Skincare that works. And most importantly, building long-term savings and investments.

Trends come and go, but taking care of yourself and your future will always be worth it. Spend on the things that help you feel your best, do your job well, and create the life you’re working so hard for.
