Well…after tootsie rolling around Atlanta all weekend with my Spelhouse friends, I had to go back to being a grown up…reluctantly! Between NYC and Atlanta, @orangetheory tried to take me out 750 times…and I let them! 🤦🏾‍♀️ But here we are…750 classes in…and I’ll be back in the there tomorrow! So please raise your shot glasses filled with your favorite protein shake (or tequila…not judging!), and take one for your girl on completing 750 classes without dying. Guess what…they let me back in Boston! Me and all of my Compliance mess…who would’ve thunk it! I decided to give Boston a little color in a sea of blue and black suits. @otfsmyrna really tried to take me out today. Definitely did. Endurance on the weight floor and the treadmill…y’all tried it! Listen to me and hear me good…the first half of 2026 has been nothing short of amazing. I mean…the way God has been showing out…a praise break is in order! This year I’ve made it to the west coast twice, I made it to Trinidad for Carnival, I vacationed in Curaçao, St. Maarten, and Turks and Caicos, celebrated 25 with the KISS6, celebrated 70 with Mom, was recognized by my colleagues with an amazing award, my baby turned 13, I started a new job, and the Knicks won the chip! Life is good! I am grateful for the people who God has placed in my life. The people who encourage me and talk me into doing scary things, especially the one who told me to WTC.
