Two smoothies. Two very different nutritional profiles! 👀🥤 In today’s Healthy Swaps with Sinan, we’re comparing the Paradise Point Smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe with our Straw-Bananza from The Protein Spot! 🥤 Other Smoothie 92g Sugar | Only 2–3g Protein 🍓 Straw-Bananza 39g Protein | 49g Carbs To put things into perspective, Sinan consumed about 92g of sugar during his ENTIRE half marathon! 🏃‍♂️ Both smoothies might satisfy your sweet tooth, but there’s a big difference in how they fuel your body. Small swaps can make a big difference, and understanding what’s in your food is a great place to start! Which smoothie are you choosing? 👀 Your Journey. Our Fuel. 🔥 by @theproteinspot_

Well… you can’t win them all. 😂⭐️ Today I’m reading and reacting to some of our ONE-STAR reviews, and let’s just say there are a few good ones in here. 👀 We work hard to get things right at The Protein Spot, but the reality is, sometimes we mess up. Whether it’s a forgotten smoothie ingredient, a messed-up order, or closing five minutes early (looking at you, Chad 😂), we’re not perfect. What matters to me is how we handle it when things go wrong. I genuinely appreciate everyone who takes the time to leave us feedback, good or bad. It helps us learn, improve, and hold ourselves to a higher standard. And if we ever fall short, please reach out and we’ll definitely make it right! 🧡 Your Journey. Our Fuel. by @theproteinspot_

Healthy food should taste good. It’s really that simple. One of the biggest things we’ve learned while building The Protein Spot is how different the approach to food can be when you’re thinking about both flavor and nutrition. In most restaurants, the focus is simply on making something taste good. We’ve challenged ourselves to take that a step further and create meals that people genuinely enjoy eating while also being good for their bodies. It’s a different way of thinking about food, and it’s a big part of why we do what we do. 🎙️ Watch our newest podcast episode to learn the ins and outs of The Protein Spot, the challenges we’ve faced, and why we do what we do.
