POSTS STORIES REELS

Every time I organise one of these events, I ask myself the same question:

“Why do I put myself through this?”

The stress. The sleepless nights. The pressure. The endless decisions. The financial risk. The blood, sweat and tears that go into creating one day.

This will be my fourth SHIFT™ Success Summit, and every single one has stretched me in ways people do not always see.

But then I remember why I started.

I know what it feels like to come from very little and want more for your life. I know what it feels like to carry the pressure of changing your family’s future. I know what it feels like to build something while still doubting yourself, figuring things out and refusing to give up.

That is why I create this room.

Because sometimes one conversation, one strategy, one connection or one decision can completely change the direction of your business and your life.

I want women in the hair, beauty and aesthetics industry to see what is possible for them.

I want them to stop believing that being exhausted is the price they have to pay for success.

I want them to earn more, work less, believe in themselves and build businesses that give them freedom, security and choice.

So yes, organising this event takes a lot out of me.

But when I see women walk into the room feeling overwhelmed and leave with clarity, confidence, new connections and a plan, it is worth every bit of it.

This is bigger than an event for me.

It is part of the reason I do what I do.

Have you got your spot?

So last week I won an award with @robmooreprogressive Progressive Success and I’m still taking it in 💜

There were around 450 people in the room. 🤩

Millionaires- uber successful with huge net worth’s 🍾

If you zoom out to the wider community and you’re easily looking at double, maybe triple that.

Hundreds and hundreds of people they could have picked from. 😱

And yet, only around 20 awards were given out.

So I’m taking this as a reminder of two things:

1️⃣ Getting recognised at that level is rare.

It’s not “normal”.

It’s earned.

2️⃣ Not everyone will clap when you win.

As you grow, you will feel it.

The little digs.

The passive-aggressive questions.

The energy that doesn’t match the smile.

Sometimes it’s strangers.

Sometimes it’s people closer than you’d expect.

But I also want to say this, because it matters.

The journey is a roller coaster.

It’s not all sunshine and rainbows. 🌈

Behind every “win” there’s usually a pile of stuff people don’t see: the stress, the setbacks, the messy moments, the failures, the mistakes, the lessons you learned the hard way.

And that’s what separates people.

Winners are not the ones who never fail.

They’re the ones who fail, learn fast, reframe it, and refuse to let it knock them off course.

So if you’re going through a season right now where things feel heavy, where it’s not going to plan, where you’re questioning yourself, please hear this:

That part is not a sign you’re doing it wrong.

That part is part of it.

Keep building. 🧱
Keep showing up. 📱
Keep progressing ✨

Grateful for the recognition, and even more grateful for the resilience it’s taken to get here 💜

Have you ever felt the haters?

Stopped putting yourself out there because of what others may think? 🤔

Working on my business today! by @thepvconsultant

What are the chances of THIS happening in Miami?! 🤯✨

So, Marvee, Emani and I decided to hire some bikes and go for a ride along Miami Beach, just enjoying ourselves and taking in the sights.

Marvee is cycling in front of me, Emani is with us, and I’m just behind when Marvee stops to ask this random guy if he knows where Versace’s house is.

I’m listening to their conversation when I suddenly think…

Hang on a minute, I KNOW that face! 👀

Then the guy starts speaking and I hear an English accent.

Now I’m getting closer, thinking, I DEFINITELY know this man from somewhere!

And then it clicks. I’ve watched him on YouTube!!

As Marvee finishes talking, I just blurt out…

“I KNOW YOU! Are you a YouTuber?”

He turns around and looks at me, and suddenly I remember!

“OH MY GOD! YOU’RE THE HYPNOTIST!!” 😂

It’s @ebrahim , also known as The Billionaire Hypnotist!

Now, if you know me, you’ll know how passionate I am about the power of the mind, the subconscious, identity and what we’re truly capable of achieving.

I’ve watched his work on YouTube and think what he does is absolutely brilliant, so I couldn’t believe I was randomly standing there chatting to him in MIAMI of all places!

He was so lovely and asked where we were from.

“London”, we said.

And would you believe it, he used to live in CHINGFORD!! Literally around the corner from where we’re from! 😂

Seriously, what are the chances?!

Of course, I had to get a selfie, although the Miami wind had my eyes streaming, so excuse the watery eyes! 😂

But what a lovely, unexpected encounter, and even better that Emani was there to experience it with us.

We went out for a family bike ride looking for Versace’s house and ended up meeting someone whose work I’ve admired for ages!

Sometimes the most amazing moments happen when you’re not even looking for them.

I do love how the universe works! 💜✨ by @thepvconsultant

Sometimes you get so caught up building a life that you forget to actually LIVE it. ❤️

This trip has been so much more than just a holiday. It’s been a much-needed reset and a reminder of what life is really about.

Slowing down, looking after my body, eating beautiful food, meeting lovely people, exploring new places and, most importantly, making memories with the people I love. ❤️

As business owners, we’re so used to being busy, chasing goals, working towards the next milestone and always thinking about what’s next.

And don’t get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE what I do. I’m ambitious, I’ve got big dreams and that will never change.

But this trip has reminded me WHY I work so hard in the first place.

To have the freedom to actually enjoy the life I’m creating.

Because what’s the point of building a successful business if you’re too busy to enjoy the success?

I’ve realised that I want MORE of this. More travelling, more adventures, more experiences, more quality time and more moments where I’m simply present rather than thinking about my never-ending to-do list.

Success isn’t just about how much money you make or what you achieve. It’s about the lifestyle you create and the memories you make along the way.

I’m coming home with a fresh perspective, a recharged mind and an even bigger desire to create a life that allows me to do more of what makes me happy.

And I think I’ve officially caught the travel bug! ✈️🌎😂

Here’s your little reminder that life isn’t just about working hard and achieving your goals. Don’t forget to enjoy the journey along the way. ❤️ by @thepvconsultant

Your salon is busy.
You’re generating good revenue.
You track your figures.
You’ve got systems in place.
You’re paying yourself a wage.

But deep down, you know the business should be giving you more.

More profit.
More freedom.
More money in your pocket.
More return for everything you’ve built.

The problem is, you’ve hit a ceiling.

You’ve done the obvious things. You’ve grown the client base, improved the systems and built a successful business, but now you’re thinking:

“What do I actually do next to grow this?”

This is the stage where simply getting busier isn’t the answer.

You need to look at the business differently.

Your pricing.
Your profitability.
Your client value.
Your capacity.
Your team.
Your offers.
Your revenue streams.
And where money is currently being left on the table.

Because the next level of your business probably isn’t about working harder.

It’s about making the business you’ve already built work harder for you.

If you’re a salon, clinic or beauty business owner who knows there is another level available but you’re not sure how to get there, drop STRATEGY below 👇💜

I’ll get in touch and we can look at what your next stage of growth could actually look like.

What if the next £10K in your business doesn’t come from finding MORE clients, adding another treatment or buying another machine?

What if it comes from learning how to properly market and sell what you ALREADY have? 👀

That is exactly what we’re doing inside my 6 Week 10K Challenge.

Over the next six weeks, I’m going to help you take an existing service, treatment, package or piece of equipment in your business and build a proper revenue-generating campaign around it.

We’ll work through:

💜 Creating an offer people actually want
💜 Positioning and messaging
💜 Building anticipation before you launch
💜 Your launch strategy
💜 Emails and social media
💜 Converting enquiries into paying clients
💜 Following up with the people who don’t buy immediately
💜 Tracking what is working so you know exactly what to do again

And we’re doing all of it with one clear target…

Generate an additional £10,000 in revenue.

You do NOT need thousands of followers.

You do NOT need a massive email list.

And you definitely do not need to reinvent your entire business.

You need a strategy.

I’ve used these exact principles with businesses in the hair, beauty and aesthetics industry to generate thousands in additional revenue from services they already had sitting inside their business.

Now I’m teaching you how to do it yourself.

🔥 We start MONDAY 5TH OCTOBER.
