As summer softens into autumn, we find ourselves looking back with full hearts, remembering the nourishment, connection and magic of the summer just passed, while dreaming of the summer yet to come. 🍂☀️

To the 12 beautiful humans who joined us — thank you. For every breath, every meditation, every dance, every shared meal, every belly laugh and every moment of love. You made this retreat something truly special. 🤍

These are the moments we carry with us as the seasons change. The feeling of being together, slowing down, reconnecting and remembering what really matters.

And as we let the memories settle, our hearts are already turning towards the next chapter…

✨ We have something very special in the works for Summer Solstice 2027.

Watch this space. 🌞💫 by @thequadrangle_kent

The Regenerative Rootcamp is less than two weeks away! 19-21 Oct

We’re really happy to say that @teal_collective still have a few bursary places available for anyone who wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend.

Rootcamp is a space to explore how we move beyond sustainability and begin creating organisations, communities and economies that truly serve life.

A place for people seeking positive change and to deepen their relationship with nature. To explore the core principles of regeneration, and get really practical about how we can bring those principles into the way we live, work and organise.

The Quiet Body Retreat 23 - 25 October 2026.

✨️LINK TO BOOK IN BIO ✨️

@thequadrangle_kent really is a beautiful place. (full walkthrough video on my website)

It is a beautiful old converted barn and farm buildings, surrounded by open countryside, with centuries-old stone, timber, lime and earth, wood-fired burners, quiet rooms and these wonderful spaces to enjoy good food, practise, sit, talk, study and simply spend time in.

Outside, we have the opportunity for nature walks, freshwater wild swimming and outdoor practice, and then equally we have this incredibly warm, grounded space inside where we can really begin to go deeper.

We won't simply be "doing" more yoga, but having the time to immerse ourselves properly in practice, meditation, philosophy, breath, movement, stillness and the wider limbs of yoga, without constant distraction or necessarily having to move on to the next thing.

There is something quite rare about being able to give a practice that amount of space.

A lot of the places have already gone, which is wonderful, but there are still a few remaining, so if you have been thinking about joining us, I probably wouldn’t leave it too long.

Quiet Body Retreat.
Immersion into the Quiet Body Method and Śānta Yoga system.
23rd–25th October

Message me if you would like more details 🫶🏽🧡🔱🦚
