Would you dare driving your bike full speed down a slope street with a brakeless bike? I don't think that you'd dare put that attractive face of yours in jeopardy.

Look at your life as this slope street that you're driving down full speed. We tend to pressure/be harsh on our selves more than we should sometimes.
Grinding is important. Hard work is critical to building a self-sufficient life. Relationships create stability.
But if any of it starts to put your mental health at stake. You should hit the BRAKES before you hit something and jeopardize your body.
Then continue with way more awareness

It's okay to Hit PAUSE ⏸️

When was the last time you sat down, and started to reflect on; what you've learned in regards to your life lessons. To what you'd do to use them to your own advantage and make them fuel your future decisions. To how you'd use them to become a better person.
.
Sometimes all you need is to sit down. have a moment of peace with yourself. And sort things out. Believe me you will.

Self-confidence and self-respect sets you a high self-value standard.
Love yourself the way you are, respect your own boundaries. Your own Mindset. Your own values and your own Vision. Then you'll get the respect and value you very well deserve from others.

Start off from within.

We tend to learn by challenging ourselves. By exposing our comfort to a twinge of discomfort, that eventually leads to a certain amount of mental growth.
.
We somehow have to fall. Life humbles us and then we rise stronger and wiser.

We're too often focused on what we wish we had to the point that we neglect our blessings and what truly matters. Feeding our ego makes us blind.

Look around, take a moment and appreciate what you have. You might find the answer to what you really want.

The difference between people who succeed and the ones who don't is that successful people tempted to go against the odds and try whereas others are too afraid to take the first step.

If you're afraid to jump through the fence, throw your backpack past through it, that way your Only way to get your backpack back is to jump through that fence.
