I’m so excited to finally share TheraBox with you all! God gave me a vision for this business a while ago, and it has been such a joy watching that vision come to life. I can’t wait to help more women heal from trauma and become the strongest version of themselves! TheraBox is a first-of-its-kind therapeutic boxing gym and program designed to help women heal from trauma while building strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It combines boxing, meditation, breathwork, mindset coaching, and therapeutic techniques to release stored trauma, rewire negative thought patterns, and step into confidence, resilience, and power. This isn’t just a workout—it’s a transformative healing experience. Follow along to learn more about our unique program, and if you’re ready to start your own healing journey, DM me to book a free consultation call or session! Website and app coming soon—stay tuned! Let’s get to work. đŸ„ŠđŸ”„â€ïž #boxing #therapy #mentalhealth #fitness #womensboxing by @therabox_
TheraBox is more than boxing. It’s a place where we fight back mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Where lies are broken, and we step into the strength God placed inside of us. It’s about building strong bodies and stronger spiritsđŸ„Šâ€ïž by @therabox_
Ever heard of therapeutic boxing?đŸ„ŠđŸ§˜ It’s exactly what it sounds like. It’s where boxing meets emotional healing, nervous system work, and inner transformation. Most women don’t just carry stress in their minds. They carry it in their bodies. Emotions that were never expressed or processed don’t just disappear. They stay stored in the nervous system and show up as tension, anxiety, burnout, or emotional shutdown, and can manifest as autoimmune diseases or stubborn body fat, especially in women. TheraBox was created as a space where women can safely work through those emotions using both movement and therapeutic practices. Each session includes: Guided meditations Therapy style reflection prompts Breathing and nervous system exercises Intentional boxing drills to release what’s been held in. We don’t just train the body. We release anger. We process grief. We rebuild identity. We step back into strength. It’s not just about becoming stronger. It’s about becoming more free. Just out here creating a whole new category of boxing, one that heals from the inside out. If you’ve ever felt like your emotions were stuck in your body, this work is for you. Comment READY or DM me if you’re interested in learning more. by @therabox_
