Year 29 highlights:

Executed and held space for 100+ creative shoots/visions (I love my people)
Hosted my very first art show and started making passive income through my prints..insanely cool
Taught 200+ yoga classes
Hosted 20+ sound baths
Guided a yin yoga flow for 200+ people
I only read 7 books :( lol
Got a boy cat and named him Malcolm (Mac) cloud grew 10x more heart beats

If there’s anything that 29 taught me it’s that the little things are indeed the big things, it’s knowing that matcha will still taste the same after sending a risky text. It’s knowing your legs will be there to take you on your morning and sunset walk! It’s knowing that aging is a blessing! It’s knowing that asking for more is okay! It’s knowing that some people are honestly f*cking whack! Take space and protect your energy, respectfully. That is your currency. It’s knowing that to observe is my greatest gift. I’m getting really good at it. And I’m proud of myself!

It’s knowing I’m surrounded by literal ethereal and earth angels, fairies, friends, family. I’m so grateful to be 30, (extra Gemini flirty), thriving, especially grateful for my health, my creative mind, creative life 🌀👑🫧💋💋🧚🌸📸🧘‍♀️🧂 taken in Salt Lake City, Utah by @therachcookie
