I don’t know where to begin, Matilda.

It’s been 1 month since you left us, 1 month since we’ve held you, 1 month since I’ve kissed you on the head or booped your nose and it’s felt like an eternity already. Your absence is deafening.

Meeting you 11 years ago, I had no idea an unconditional love like yours existed. Every day we told you how special you are. We made up songs about how perfect you insisted on being. The complete trust you had in us. You were love in cat form. You were an angel far before you earned your wings.

Every day is for you. Every negative thought I have, I promise to replace it with a positive one, for you. You will forever own a large piece of my heart. Moo moo, Mimi, Mama, Bubs. Matilda. Mom and Dad will love you forever and not a second less. by @therachelrosenberg

As the Public Affairs Correspondent for @muscleandfitness, a goal is to bridge communities so that those who live in both worlds can be elevated. 🤝

A perfect example? The intersection of fitness and music. It’s hard to imagine a gym session without a soundtrack to fuel a heavy set, just as it’s rare to go to a show without seeing fans who clearly put in work in the weight room. 🏋️‍♂️🎸

We’ve featured incredible rock and metalcore artists like:

John Cooper @skilletmusic

Jake Luhrs @augustburnsred

Alex Reade @makethemsuffer

Brian Burkheiser @brian.burkheiser

Ekoh @ekohmusic

Nita Strauss @hurricanenita ...alongside stars in hip-hop, country, and beyond. You can all of these over at muscleandfitness.com

Thanks to a partnership with my friends at @atomsplitterpr , that mission continues in 2026! 🚀 Our focus is showing how artists prioritize health and wellness to give their best to the fans who spend hard-earned money to see them live.

What to expect: ✅ Exclusive tips for your own routine ✅ Sneak peeks at new music & videos ✅ Behind-the-scenes looks of the touring grind.

Keep an eye out for new features dropping throughout the year! 🤘🔥 💪

Keep going. Never stop. Mix your pain turn it into purpose! 🤍 It’s taken me awhile to gather the words to share that my idea/dream of selling lighters in stores has come true! I want to say a huge thank you to @therachelrosenberg for the incredible drawings on this beauty. Also to @leahkirsch for being such an incredible role model for me. ❤️‍🔥 You can go purchase one of my lighters & receive one of my holographic angel baby stickers for free when you do! The store they are in couldn’t be more perfect. It’s called @underthecoverkc and the shop owner @witchy_smut_lover is just a doll who I adore! I encourage you to stop in her shop & catch a vibe. 📖🐍 by @therachelrosenberg

Nita Strauss is in the march issue of Billboard magazine. A fierce and talented guitar player and one of the sweetest persons that I ever met. taken in Santa Cecília - Sp Capital by @therachelrosenberg
