Vandaag is de lancering van onze allereerste #Dermabites reel!

Dermabites ontstond uit een simpele vraag: hoe kunnen we medische informatie toegankelijk en behapbaar maken? Met korte, duidelijke video’s delen verschillende zorgprofessionals de komende tijd praktijkinzichten over actuele thema’s binnen de dermatologie en allergologie.

Eczeem lijkt voor sommigen misschien onschuldig, maar kan grote gevolgen hebben voor slaap, mentaal welzijn en schoolprestaties. Precies daarom verdient het onderwerp meer zichtbaarheid en nuance.

✨ An unforgettable start to the Radiqs training! ✨

On September 27, we had an incredible day with 14 amazing healthcare professionals at the STRAAT Museum in Amsterdam. The day was filled with connection, insights, and inspiration as participants opened up, shared personal experiences, and engaged in deep conversations. It was a powerful and inspiring start to our journey together!

Stichting Radiqs lanceert een 2-daagse training in samenwerking met Fabrique en het STRAAT Museum in Amsterdam! 🌟

Tijdens deze unieke training op 27 september en 25 oktober richten we ons op het vergroten van bewustzijn over eigen vooroordelen en de impact daarvan op gesprekken met patiënten en hun gezondheidsuitkomsten. We combineren kunst, cultuur en creativiteit om diversiteit, inclusie en kansengelijkheid te bevorderen.

Highlights:
✨Focus op inclusieve communicatievaardigheden en storytelling
✨Veel ruimte voor persoonlijke invulling en groepsdynamiek d.m.v. intervisie
✨Een interactieve rondleiding in het STRAAT Museum

Prejudiced, now what? At the Radiqs Foundation, we dedicate ourselves to create a more inclusive and just healthcare system, one step at a time.🚀

Our mission involves providing inclusive communication skills and raising awareness about personal (unconscious) biases among healthcare professionals.

And no, we will not tell you #how to communicate with different patient groups, because in the end we are all unique individuals and we believe this may reinforce stereotypes. What we #can do is dive into this matter #together and try to solve the matter of disconnection and dehumanization we experience in healthcare today.

Through our extensive course offerings, we aim to promote #sustainable equity and inclusion within healthcare institutions, fostering a culture of #respect and #compassion for all patients and colleagues.

Our ultimate goal is to enhance health outcomes for our patients by #empowering healthcare professionals to communicate effectively and inclusively. ✨ by @theradiqs
