A culinary exchange inspired by the land, brought to life at the table.

This month, The Ranch welcomes the culinary team from @vermejoreserve at @tedturnerreserves for From Range to Ranch, a special dinner series bringing together two @staybeyondgreen properties united by a shared commitment to sustainability, land preservation and thoughtful stewardship.

Join us October 26th and 27th at The Ranch at Laguna Beach for two evenings of collaborative cuisine, featuring ingredients from Vermejo's northern New Mexico landscape and our very own Harvest Farm.

This is what farm-to-table sounds like before it reaches the table. Spend a morning at Harvest Farm, our half-acre organic farm tucked into the canyon, then join us for a tour to see what’s growing. taken in The Ranch at Laguna Beach by @theranchlb

In Laguna Beach, stewardship starts in our own backyard, or in the case of @theranchlb, on-site at Harvest Farm.

Tucked away into the canyon, Harvest Farm is home to 16 neat, 50‑foot rows of vegetables, herbs, flowers, and lettuces, as well as a happy coop of 28 chickens. The farm supplies Harvest restaurant with hand-picked seasonal ingredients and fresh eggs, Harvest brings back the remains for composting, and the enriched soil once again becomes a canvas for new bounties.

The best part about this regenerative farm? They host weekly farm tours open to the general public, with daily tours available for guests, so you can see (and taste) the way their small but mighty patch of land supports the local ecosystem and brings true Laguna canyon flavor to every table.
