Celebrating a personal milestone today: 100 hot classes🔥

Six months ago, my friend Trish asked me to join her for a hot yoga class.

My response? “I haven’t done yoga in a while. I can’t do hot classes.” Followed by pretty much every other excuse I could come up with.

Her response? “See you there.”

Flash forward six months and 100 classes later, and I honestly can’t put into words how much this place, this practice and the people here have changed me — mentally and physically.

Celebrated 100 by finally being able to do a headstand this week after 6 months of falling & failing 🙌

Looking forward to the next 100 💪🙏

Welp... that went fast 🥹 Happy 17th Birthday, Jess! 🥳🎉 @jessec1010

It’s not often I get to post and shamelessly brag about you, but today is the exception.

I wish I could take credit for the incredible young man you’ve become, but the truth is, that’s always been you.

Kind, thoughtful, hilariously funny, ridiculously smart, and thankfully blessed with an amazing sense of direction (definitely not inherited from me 😂).

People say the teenage years are the hardest, but this has honestly been my favourite chapter (minus the late nights 🫠)Watching you grow into the exceptional person you are has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

I couldn’t be more proud or more honoured to be your mom. I can’t wait to see where life takes you next.💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 by @therapps
