•The practice of taking action to preserve or improve one’s own health.

Take care of your body as you take care of your car. The mileage on your body can cause wear & tear much like a car.

There was a time in my career, where I worked ALL SUMMER with @melo to prepare him for his Pro Debut.

From the Drew, to the NBL, to look at him now. I knew he was going to be GREAT. Thankful to have been part of his process.

@achedaway Mini Heated Scrapper is perfect for releasing tension in intricate or boney areas. It is also perfect for self use wherever you may be able to reach!

Here I use it to release tension in my client’s overworked hands, where a lot of tension resides. The heat of the scrapper helps the tension reduce so as we massaged the hand after, the hand pain was reduced.

Want a Heated Scrapper? Let me know so I can get you a discount!

Making All the Greats Feel Great at @madhouse_gainsasylum ‼️‼️

Long Day at Mad House, but was able to give plenty of muscular tension release to these guys who definitely NEEDED it. As much as these guys work/workout they need the quick fix. Overloading the fiber to promote them to unlock quicker. Will be sore, but will also feel very mobile!

Sometimes hyper mobile can be an issue when trying to get your muscles to activate correctly when needed. Teaching the body its capabilities can always lead to improvements in athletic performance.
