POSTS STORIES REELS

I think sometimes the biggest moments in life happen so quickly that you don’t fully understand them until afterward.

In the moment, I was smiling, laughing, cutting a ribbon and trying to take everything in.

Afterward, I realized how emotional it actually was.

To see THĒRA full of people. My absolute favourite people.

To hear everyone talking and laughing.

To look around and know that every person there had chosen to spend part of their evening supporting something I had created.

That feeling is hard to put into words.

It reminds you how lucky you are to have people who genuinely want to see you succeed. Thank you to every single person out there (you know who you are 💚) who has wished me well, empowered me, supported me, liked, tagged, reshared, reviewed and/or high fived me. It’s why I’m here. I’m grateful for you.

And thank you to anyone who came out to support me this night, I’ll never forget it.

Thank you:
@complete_restoration_services_ for building me this most wonderful space. Without you, there would be no THĒRA.

@buysellwithcoriscott for the most incredible charcuterie board and set up. It was breathtaking & delicious!

@claringtonbot for being such an important part of this community. For being in my corner.

@floratechnics for such beautiful, grounding flowers!!

@dreamyballoons.ca for the most DREAMY balloons!

If you’re looking for an Aesthetician who will truly have your back, this is for you.

I’m not here to sell you treatments you do not need, push trends, or promise overnight miracles. I’m here to be honest, ethical, and intentional, every single time. I’ll always do what’s right for you, your skin, and your comfort, even if that means recommending less, going slower, or saying “not yet.”

To me, great results come from trust and consistency, not pressure. I care about building a real relationship with you as much as I care about long-term skin health and reaching your goals. You deserve to feel seen, safe, and supported while we work toward results that actually last.

If that’s the kind of care you’ve been looking for, I’d be honoured to be your Aesthetician 🤍

Using hyaluronic acid? Here’s how to get the most out of it!

Apply to slightly damp skin to help draw in moisture.

Follow with a moisturizer to lock in hydration.

Use morning and night for happy, hydrated skin.

It’s not just WHAT you use, but HOW you use it!

If only you could smell these right now!

One thing I’ll always stand behind is that effective skincare isn’t defined by how clinical it looks or feels.

It’s about quality ingredients, intelligent formulations, and choosing what’s right for YOUR skin.

Skincare can absolutely feel like a treat and still mean business!

Between being on my feet all day at THĒRA and my love for running, taking care of my feet is a priority.

Staying active means giving our bodies the support it needs, including knowing when it’s time for some fresh footwear.

I’m just as passionate about my footwear as I am my skin 😉

There are products you enjoy working with, and then there are products that completely change the way you feel about your craft.

That was Eminence Organics for me.

After my very first training, I knew I never wanted to work without this line again. And every year since, every product I’ve learned, and every beautiful result I’ve seen in my clients’ skin has only made me more certain.

I’m incredibly proud to work with a Canadian-based company that cares so deeply about the products they create, the professionals they educate and the skin we’re trusted to care for.

Years later, I’m still just as passionate about this line as I was the day I discovered it…maybe even a wee bit more.

Your skin has done the work. Now comes the restorative part. 🩵

After exfoliation or other facial treatments, the skin may feel warm, flushed, and ready for a little extra comfort.

That’s where a Hydrojelly mask comes in.

Freshly mixed and applied cool to the skin, it delivers an immediate, soothing sensation as it sets. Its hydrating ingredients help replenish moisture, leaving your skin feeling calm, refreshed, and beautifully cared for.

What I love most is that Hydrojelly masks are never one-size-fits-all. Each formulation offers its own unique benefits, allowing me to select the one that best compliments your skin, your concerns, and the treatment you’ve just received.

Whether your skin needs deep hydration, calming support, or a nourishing finish, this luxurious step is designed to enhance your results while making the experience feel even more indulgent.

And once you’ve experienced that cooling sensation for yourself, you’ll understand why it’s such a beloved part of the treatment.

Next facial? Add the Hydrojelly. Your skin will thank you.

Just a chick building a business she absolutely loves, pouring her heart into what she does, and trying to be intentional about what matters most.

I’m ridiculously passionate, still learning, and most times completely winging it 🤣

You don’t have to be fearless to be brave.

And one thing I’ll always believe is that another person’s success will never take away from your own. There’s room for all of us to grow, succeed, and lift each other up.

So dream big, take the chance, and be kind to yourself along the way.

I’m rooting for you.

I’m an overfunctioner. I tend to keep going, keep doing and keep carrying. Anxiety can hide really well underneath productivity.

Movement is one of the ways I come back to myself. I run, I breathe, I get out of my head and into my body.

My husband has learned that sometimes the best way to help me slow down… is to let me run it out first. 😂🤍

Do what you need to do to feel like you.
