Author and neuroscientist David Eagleman said there are three deaths: The first is when the body ceases to function. The second is when the body is consigned to the grave. The third is that moment, sometime in the future, when your name is spoken for the last time.

We now live in a world where an entire generation never had to experience the tragedy of 9/11. For many it’s become a footnote in history or a blurb on the television. I’d encourage each of those born after 9/11/2001 to take but a moment of time, internet search the names of the nearly 3000 souls lost that day, and read at least one name aloud, so that the promise to #neverforget is upheld for at least a while longer. #nyc #nineeleven #honorthefallen by @theraydee
