Re4mist took to the streets of Buruburu, Nairobi, stopping to share The Way to Happiness with the hardworking men keeping this community clean. 📖

Sometimes the most meaningful conversations happen right there on the road.

Every person matters. Every conversation counts. That is what Re4mist believes, and that belief shows up not just in prisons and schools, but in every corner of this city. Kwetu Crime Si Poa. 🇰🇪✊

The message of The Way to Happiness does not only belong in prisons and schools — it belongs everywhere people gather. Today Re4mist spent time at the Clarion Hotel in the heart of Nairobi city centre, sharing the 21 precepts with community members, partners, and even the hotel staff who serve this city every day. 📖☀️

Every conversation is a seed. Whether around a dining table or across a conference room, Re4mist carries the same message — that a better life is built on peaceful values and deliberate choices. Kwetu Crime Si Poa. 🇰🇪✊

Re4mist and community volunteers out on the streets of Nairobi, brooms in hand, because a clean community is a proud community. 🧹🌍 Precept 12 of The Way to Happiness calls on us to safeguard and improve our environment — and that is exactly what this is.

This work is not separate from the mission of reform. It is the mission. When people take ownership of the streets they live on, something shifts. Kwetu Crime Si Poa. ☀️🇰🇪

Re4mist spent the day at Kiambu Prison, bringing the 21 precepts of The Way to Happiness to both inmates and staff alike. 📖 Real reform does not stop at the individual — it takes root when everyone within those walls is part of the conversation.

Kiambu is a correctional facility that houses about 700 individuals, and Re4mist is committed to working at every level to help build an environment where genuine change is possible. Kwetu Crime Si Poa. ✊🇰🇪

Re4mist visited Drive-In Primary School in Mathare North, Ruaraka for a full school assembly, bringing the 21 precepts of The Way to Happiness to a hall full of eager young minds. 📖☀️

Mathare is a community Re4mist knows well and is deeply committed to — and reaching its young people early is at the heart of everything this organisation stands for.

This is where prevention begins. Not after the fact, but right here, in a school hall, with hundreds of young people who are still writing the first chapters of their lives. Kwetu Crime Si Poa. 🇰🇪

Re4mist was glad to have the opportunity to present at the Kenyan Police annual celebration, bringing the message of The Way to Happiness and the ongoing work of rehabilitation and reform to the room. 🎤🇰🇪

Every platform is an opportunity to speak honestly about what it takes to build communities where people can truly thrive.

The work of reform is steady and it is serious — and Re4mist will carry it into every space that opens its doors. Kwetu Crime Si Poa. ✊

Re4mist visited Machakos Women’s Prison to spend the day with the women there, walking through the 21 precepts of The Way to Happiness together. 📖 These are conversations about dignity, about responsibility, about the life that is still possible.

Re4mist’s mission has always been clear: a safe, secure and empowered community begins with reaching people where they are, without exception. That means sitting with the inmates — and also working alongside prison staff to build an environment where real change can take root. Kwetu Crime Si Poa. 🇰🇪✊

Re4mist made the journey to Homa Bay Prison, sitting down with inmates and staff alike to share the 21 precepts of The Way to Happiness. 📖 Every man in that yard holds a story — and every story still has pages left to write.

A book. A conversation. A choice. That is where it begins. Kwetu Crime Si Poa. ✊🇰🇪

From school halls to prison yards, from one-on-one conversations to rooms full of hundreds — this is Re4mist. 🇰🇪

Guided by the 21 precepts of The Way to Happiness, Re4mist meets people where they are — young students, men behind bars, and more who are willing to sit down and have an honest conversation about life. No judgement. Just truth. Kwetu Crime Si Poa. ✊

Precept 12 of The Way to Happiness says: Safeguard and improve your environment. Re4mist took those words to the streets of Nairobi, brooms and shovels in hand alongside community volunteers, because a clean environment and a safe community go hand in hand. 🧹🌍

This is what it looks like when people who know these streets — who grew up on them, who love them — decide to take ownership. Kwetu Crime Si Poa. ☀️

Re4mist visited The Kings & Queens School for a seminar with students built around the 21 precepts of The Way to Happiness — honest conversations about choices, character, and the bright futures these young people are already stepping into. ☀️

Every student left with their own copy of The Way to Happiness. Look at those hands raised — that is the sound of a generation choosing a different path. Kwetu Crime Si Poa. 📖✊

This May, Re4mist paid a visit to Mr. Mosiria, Chief Executive Director of Environment at Nairobi County — because building safer communities means building bridges at every level. 🤝 Change doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens when people who’ve lived the reality of these streets sit at the same table as the people with the power to shape policy.

The Way to Happiness was shared as a reminder that a cleaner, safer Nairobi starts with the choices we make — individually and collectively. Kwetu Crime Si Poa.
