Mornings of searching for surf sometimes can be disapointing when you show up at the spot and it doesn’t look like it’s working as best as you hope it would. You meet your friends and then sit and wait anticipation peeking your nerves and then you almost make the call to not surf. That’s pretty much how it ended up almooooost…then I said “bro” let’s just get one clip at least needless to say I struggled with frustration the night before pulling my hair out because I discovered my drone remote USB-C was fried and I couldn’t charge it
.

So I busted the cobwebs off the blackmagic ran around like a crazy person preping and finally got my rig set up to do some land filming.

The next morning we checked the conditions, @thereal_ianryan almost made the call not to surf and I amped him up and said no bro there is one clip I know we can get! We said “let’s go” and well here you know why you just have to get out and surf even if you don’t think it’s good because it’s only one wave that can change your day!

@thereal_ianryan grabbing a few this morning in some glassy condition. Surf swell can come and go and filming friends you get to see both sides of the story the ones with swell and the ones without - the days without usually define the personal struggles, everyday personal growth and all the things that we work on to align ourselves , that’s why when I’m filming people I know I like to showcase the time they spend in the ocean because that’s when it’s time to let all of the hardships go. Stoked to get a few of you bro🤙🏻
