Hello/Kamusta?

I'm Mang Joe and have a passion for food and all things delicious. My story began in the Philippines, where I operated a small chicken inasal business with Lyn, my wife and Pollen, my daughter.

*A Legacy Continues*
After settling in Auckland, NZ in 2016, I continued to pursue my entrepreneurial spirit. I started selling chicken inasal online and during the weekends, using only a portable charcoal drum grill sometime in 2020.

*A Dream Realized*
In December 2022, I established Marcuelo Food Corp. Ltd., marking the official launch of Mang Joe's Chicken Inasal. Our mobile food business operates from a food trailer or gazebo pop-up, serving mouth-watering chicken BBQ and other Filipino favourites.

*Our Mission*
I created Mang Joe's Chicken Inasal to satisfy every hunger and craving with authentic Pinoy flavours, bringing Filipinos in New Zealand closer to home.

*Our Vision*
To become a renowned and established food business, recognized as a leading small business platform in the industry.
