MY SISTER IS A HOMEOWNER!!! 🏡🥹

Shari, proud doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel right now!! We have literally talked about and prayed for this moment for YEARS, and to finally see it happen… God is so good! 🥹🤍

You really put the work in for this! You stayed patient and discipline, you didn’t rush the process, and you waited until the timing was right and you found exactly what you wanted. And now you get to walk into your beautiful home and say, “This is MINE.” 🥹

I’ve always appreciated how much you believe in me and support me, so getting to be your Realtor through this process made this one even more special for me. 🤍

Congratulations my girl!!! I am SOOOO proud of you and so happy I got to be a part of this moment! Now I’m just looking forward to all the girls nights at YOUR HOUSE! 😂🥂💕

Welcome to the mortgage club, sis! Love you forever!!🫶🏾

One day your current goals will be your normal life.

That’s why it’s sooo important to keep showing up, even when the progress feels slow!

Whether your goal is buying your first home, upgrading to your dream home, growing your business, or simply creating a life you’re proud of, the small things you do consistently matter✨

Most people only see the finished product. They don’t see the years of work, discipline, sacrifices, and faith that got someone there.

So keep going.

The life you’re working toward may be closer than you think. 🤍

And if this Brookhaven beauty looks like part of that vision, I’d love to show it to you.

📍 Brookhaven, GA
💰 Offered just under $3M
🚘 Select offerings include a 24-month Mercedes-Benz lease

🏡 If I were planning to buy a home in the next 60-90 days, here’s exactly what I’d do:

✔️ Have a conversation with a lender so I know my numbers and what options are available to me.

✔️ Make sure my funds are ready for things like earnest money, closing costs, inspections, moving expenses, and any surprises along the way.

✔️ Keep my finances consistent. No new cars, credit cards, or big purchases right before applying for a mortgage.

✔️ Get clear on my non-negotiables. The areas I want to be in, my budget, commute, number of bedrooms, yard space, and the features that actually matter to me.

The goal isn’t just to find a house. It’s to be ready when the right one comes along. 🤍
