When you're in the fire, you fear you will get burned. But it's through the fire that you grow and you learn. I thank God for seeing me through another year, giving me another opportunity to be better. 🫶🏾💚🖤👑

Before you book that solo trip… 🌴✈️

A few things worth considering:

✨ Choose the experience, not just the destination. Are you looking for peace, adventure, culture, or a little of everything?

✨ Explore beyond the resort. Research local experiences, food spots, and places that actually interest you.

✨ Plan the logistics. Find a reputable local guide, arrange transportation, and know how you’ll get around before arriving.

✨ Leave room for spontaneity. Some of the best moments aren’t on the itinerary.

For me, Jamaica was about experiencing the island in ways that spoke to me, where I am in life, and what my soul needed in that moment. Some experiences are simply personal. 🇯🇲🤎

Your trip doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s to be meaningful.

77 locs. Almost 7 years. And just like that… I’m a loose natural again. 🥹➰

I learned so much throughout this journey — I also remembered how much I love having the freedom to reinvent it.

Will I loc again? Maybe. 😌 But for now, me and these curls have some catching up to do. 🤍

Year 34.

They say 7 is the year of completion.

I’m not saying this means anything, but I’m also not saying it doesn’t. ✨

Welcome to my next era. 🤎

(And special shoutouts to my sister & Kash for stepping in on the last day to help comb my locs out.)

Post-Pilates reset. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

There’s something about summer in NYC that makes me appreciate the simple things—fresh ingredients, slower mornings, and creating a home that feels peaceful.

Funny enough, that’s exactly how I approach real estate.

My background in estate law and real estate has taught me that the smoothest moves don’t happen by chance. They happen through preparation, strategy, and having someone who handles the details before they become problems.

Whether you’re purchasing your first home, selling a property, relocating, or searching for the right rental, my goal is always the same: to make your next move feel calm, organized, and seamless.

If you’re planning a move in New York, send me “SUMMER” and let’s start preparing before the right opportunity finds you. 🤍

The older I get, the more I realize wellness is about so much more than just a gym membership.

It’s finding movement you actually enjoy.
Exploring new places.
Experiencing different environments.
Slowing down.
Eating foods that make you feel good.
Being connected to nature.
Protecting your peace.

I’m learning that feeling your best is really about creating a life that feels good mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. 🌿

Some places don’t just relax you… they restore you. 🤎🇯🇲

The older I get, the more I realize luxury isn’t expensive things — it’s peace of mind, quality time, and creating a life that feels good to come home to. 🤍

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers and mother figures.

Helping people create that feeling through real estate makes what I do even more meaningful.
