Learning how to make foils from scratch. The mould is 3D printed, coated with PVA, fiberglass is dry fitted then saturated with epoxy. Mould is compressed tightly until the epoxy cures. The result is very acceptable, next is making it with carbon fibre.#foiling #3dprinting #carbonfibre by @therealandreww

First time laying up carbon fiber for a foil board, it's a pain to work with. I can see why vacuum bagging is used. Used 6oz fiberglass to hold it in place, worked well but used more resin than i would like. Using @greenlightsurfsupply Marine Grade epoxy resin with slow hardener.#surfboard #foiling #carbonfiber by @therealandreww
